Webber reckons title hopes are over

But the Australian still thinks Red Bull can win more races this year even if the title has slipped away.

"The drivers' championship is very difficult now," said Webber, who is now 28.5 points behind Jenson Button in the championship with four rounds to go.

"Jenson only has to get four or five points over us here and then it is all over.

"I am coming here trying to get the best result for me, but I am looking forward to Suzuka. There are some tracks coming up where we can get a good result, but I think the championship is very difficult for us now."

He thinks this weekend's Singapore Grand Prix will be another tough event for Red Bull, which has not won a race since the Nurburgring in July and did not fare well on the calendar's other street tracks earlier in the season.

"We've seen in Monaco and Valencia that they haven't been the best circuits of the year compared to others," said Webber, "but that doesn't mean we will be at back massively.

"We will still be in hunt like at other venues, but stop-start nature is something we need to improve for next year."
