A frustrated Mark Webber laid part of the blame for his retirement from the Malaysian Grand Prix at the door of Ralf Schumacher after claiming the German had driven into him.
Jaguar driver Webber's nightmare Sepang race finally came to an end when he spun out after 26 laps and despite admitting the error that left him in the gravel was his own fault, he was unhappy with Williams' Schumacher.
Having made a slow start from a best ever second on the grid, Webber picked up a puncture after touching with Schumacher as they battled for ninth and he was then given a drive-through penalty for speeding during his pitstop.
"I couldn't get away and then Ralf drove into the back of me because he was pissed off that I'd overtaken him," said Webber. "I got a puncture from that and had to stop and then I spun out. It is absolutely frustrating. I had a lot of rear tyre wear but that was my fault because I've got to drive in those conditions. But we'll keep on learning."
But Schumacher, who later retired because of a BMW engine failure, hit back and claimed the collision was Webber's fault with the Australian frustrated by his disappointing start to the race.
"Mark was pretty aggressive which I guess came from his start," Schumacher said. "I didn't want a collision but Mark didn't give me any room. I had a reasonable start but then I touched with Webber and something broke on my car because I had a lot of understeer."
