Webber expects to fight for win

Red Bull driver Mark Webber is expecting to fight for victory again in this weekend's Abu Dhabi Grand Prix

The Australian, who took a dominant victory in the last race at Brazil, believes that the new Yas Marina circuit will play to the strengths of the Renault-powered RB5.

"I'm expecting us to be pretty strong in Abu Dhabi," he said. "We've been pretty strong since Singapore, so there's no reason to suggest that we can't be fighting towards the sharp end again.

"As usual, qualifying will be very important and then we'll see how the race goes from there. We're looking to finish off on a high for the team."

Webber, who has won twice this year, will finish fourth in the drivers' championship regardless of what happens in Abu Dhabi, making it his best F1 campaign to date.

He is excited about heading to another new circuit for the season finale.

"I've heard the Yas Marina circuit has some nice undulations, which sounds good, and It's got a few fast sections to it and a slow section to finish off," he added.

"I think it will be pretty dusty, but we'll clean it up pretty quick. And it's always nice to go to a new track. It sounds fascinating."
