Trulli desperate for change of luck

Jarno Trulli is hoping for a change in fortune this weekend, arriving in Valencia on the back of two consecutive non-finishes

The Lotus driver is frustrated by a season in which he has been dogged by technical problems and breakdowns, and is desperate to for his luck to improve as the Malaysian-owned team tries to break into the midfield pack.

"I want a break in luck, I want to turn it around and I need a change in fortune because I've had all sorts of troubles so far this season," said Trulli.

The Italian feels his lack of competitiveness in the four races he has completed, finishing 17th in three and 15th in one, is down to the lack of track time he has had, which has left him unable to find an effective race set-up.

"The unreliability has prevented me from running and getting experience over a race weekend," he said.

"In the last two or three races, I have raced with the set-up I started with because I did not have the chance to make any changes and this is really frustrating."
