One of F1's craziest grands prix remembered
It's 20 years since Johnny Herbert and Rubens Barrichello came from the midfield to score an astonishing 1-3 finish for Stewart at the Nurburgring. Gary Anderson, the team's technical director at the time, relives that wild day
It has been a long time since anyone other than the 'big three' teams were talked about in terms of fighting for Formula 1 victories. But in the past, smaller teams had more opportunity to grab the limelight.
Twenty years ago this Thursday, Johnny Herbert won at the Nurburgring for the Stewart team, where I was technical director.
