Grapevine: Coulthard delights crowd (with mp3)

Red Bull Racing driver David Coulthard maintained his recent image of Formula One's naughy boy, as he entertained the hundreds of fans who came to see him on the centre stage of the Autosport International Show

Though suffering from a mild cold, Coulthard engaged the crowd for longer than scheduled, offering both serious and not-so-serious responses to questions from the crowd and stage presenter Henry Hope-Frost.

"We saw great battles between Kimi [Raikkonen] and Fernando [Alonso] in 2005," Hope-Frost told Coulthard. "They are the coming men, aren't they?"

"Do they come a lot?" Coulthard responded, bringing roars of laughter from the crowd, adding: "I think I can still hold my own in that department."

Realizing there were young participants in the crowd, Coulthard giggled sheepishly as he attempted rectify the situation, only made matters worse - with the crowd laughing all the way.

"I'm actually going red now," the Scot said, "I'm embarassed by that! Shit! Oh, sorry, I mean... excuse me..."

The youngsters got their way, though, when 12-year-old Catherine asked Coulthard, "How old are you?" only to then admit she thought he was 50...
