Is Leclerc's promotion to Ferrari a sign it's losing faith in Sebastian Vettel's ability to deliver a title? If he's as good as is believed, and he knows it, it's hard to imagine Leclerc playing a better second fiddle to Vettel than Raikkonen has for too long.
