Barcelona, day 3, am: Ferrari on top
Ferrari test driver Luca Badoer led the way on the third morning of Formula 1 testing at Barcelona, but rain has once again played a part and all cars have been running on intermediates so far
Nick Heidfeld was second quickest for Sauber as of 11am local time (10.00 GMT), with yesterday's pacesetter David Coulthard third fastest.
Day three of the first big test of the 2002 season saw Jacques Villeneuve drive the car which will make or break his career with the British American Racing squad, the 004. He was easing his way back into Formula 1 gently, however, and was 7secs off Badoer's pace - outpacing only Toyota's Allan McNish.
Jordan-Honda took to the track for the first time this year, with Takuma Sato making his full debut with the team in last year's EJ-11 chassis - he was 11th quickest early on. Returnee Giancarlo Fisichella was also back in the fold for the first time since his switch from Benetton and was seventh fastest.
The latest weather report from Barcelona is fair, so expect the track to dry out by the middle of the afternoon for some serious times to be set.
