World Champion Michael Schumacher, in the Bridgestone-tyred Ferrari F2003-GA, beat Championship rival Kimi Raikkonen to the top spot in today's qualifying session for the Austrian Grand Prix.
Bridgestone's good day was completed by Nick Heidfeld's fourth place and Rubens Barrichello's fifth.
"We're very pleased with today's final qualifying result - the fourth pole this year for Michael [Schumacher] and Bridgestone," said Suganuma. "Nick Heidfeld also put in an excellent lap to find himself on the second row of the grid which is good news.
"All in all, we have five cars in the top ten spots today and I think that is a good reflection of the performance of the tyres we brought here for the Austrian Grand Prix."
BAR driver Jenson Button and Jordan's Giancarlo Fisichella were the only other Bridgestone runners in the top ten after posting the seventh and ninth fastest times of the day respectively.
