Raikkonen is on a very lap, but he runs a bit wide at Turn 13 and goes second to Vettel, 0.112s behind. He had looked set to go fastest by miles with that one.
Grosjean is now up to seventh, ahead of Sainz, Leclerc, Hulkenberg and Gasly.
It looks like Verstappen pulled across in front of Leclerc out of Turn 1 after having had to outbrake the slowing Sauber into the corner.
Leclerc had just moved ahead of Hulkenberg into ninth with a fast lap before that.
Verstappen's next attempt is abandoned too as he and Leclerc delay each other. There's a bit of gesticulating.
"Shall we have another go but try to keep the pace up for this lap?" Red Bull suggests to Verstappen, who's just had a little lock-up and run wide. "We could try but I'm not sure it's going to work," he replies.
More problems for McLaren? Vandoorne's car is up on the stands in the garage with major work going on.
Despite those problems, Leclerc has launched himself up to 10th.
"OK boys, there is something strange with the engine braking," declares Grosjean, who says he has more than he wants in some places and downshifting oddities too.
Ericsson got on the throttle a bit too early and pushed himself onto the grass out of Turn 2.
Leclerc has been checking out run-off areas too, and complaining his rear brakes are too cold.

A replay shows Bottas abandoned that promising lap because he braked too late at the tight Turn 12 right-hander and had to take to the runoff.
The Haas pair and Fernando Alonso are the other soft-tyre rebels.
Almost everyone has got straight on it with ultrasofts in this session, but Max Verstappen is using fresh softs.
Hamilton's latest lap included a big twitch and a wander over a runoff area.
Bottas hints at something a bit better from Mercedes with a purple middle sector but then pits.
That compromised Ricciardo lap only puts him fifth, 1.020s off Vettel's pace.
Hamilton is trying a tighter line than earlier - although he had a bit of a moment between turn in and apex.
Ricciardo is now on a flying lap, which includes a near miss with Kevin Magnussen's slower car early on.
An "oversteering" Hartley reckons he needs to make brake balance or differential adjustments to get his Toro Rosso behaving. He's 12th fastest of the 13 cars that have done times.
Vandoorne is attacking Turn 22 a bit more than Alonso, the latter trying to get the car stable for the turn in phase.
Bottas improves but is still 0.450s away from Vettel in second.
"What is he doing?" asks Grosjean. Looks like Ocon is the target of that rant.
Order behind the top four is now Sainz ahead of Hulkenberg, Gasly, Ocon, Stroll, Hartley and Vandoorne. The rest are yet to set times.
Ocon's Force India requires a bit of coaxing into the corner but once in he can hold his line and able to be more positive on the power than, for example, the Renaults.
Vandoorne certainly looks happier on track now. He's able to turn in decisively and while a bit down on grip the car is basically doing what he wants.
Lewis Hamilton is only fourth with his first run, 0.944s off the pace.
Valtteri Bottas nips ahead of Raikkonen with a 1m16.986s, but that gets blown away by Friday pacestter Sebastian Vettel - who goes 0.643s faster with a massive lap.
Raikkonen has now got the top time down to a 1m17.057s.
As usual, the front of the Ferrari floor is grinding on the track under load. It's been doing this since pre season testing. No other car does it to that extent.

Raikkonen is able to carry good speed into the Turn 2 right hander and get on the power decisively.
