Welcome back to our live Hungarian Grand Prix weekend coverage - it's nearly qualifying time and IT IS RAINING.
The rest: 11 Magnussen; 12 Hartley; 13 Leclerc; 14 Alonso; 15 Ocon; 16 Sirotkin; 17 Vandoorne; 18 Ericsson; 19 Perez; 20 Stroll
Final top 10: 1 Vettel 1m16.170s; 2 Bottas +0.059s; 3 Raikkonen +0.203s; 4 Hamilton +0.579s; 5 Ricciardo +0.633s; 6 Verstappen +0.776s; 7 Sainz +1.584s; 8 Hulkenberg +1.913s; 9 Grosjean +1.914s; 10 `Gasly +1.969s
Ricciardo gets back ahead of Verstappen to take fifth, 0.633s off the pace.
Renault now has a one-two in 'Class B' as Hulkenberg slots into eighth behind Sainz.
"I don't know what's going on, it's very, very strange," Grosjean tells Haas. "I couldn't slow the car down at all. It's weird."
Sainz improves to seventh, with a healthy gap of over three tenths to Grosjean behind him.
After those changes, Vandoorne has got himself up to 17th. That's three palces and 0.3s behind team-mate Alonso.
Gasly thrusts Toro Rosso into the thick of the 'Class B' battle in eighth, between Grosjean and Sainz.
Verstappen gets ahead of Ricciardo for fifth but is still 0.776s from pacesetter Vettel. This isn't looking at all good for Red Bull.
Whatever work Red Bull was doing on Verstappen's car is complete and he's on track with a set of ultrasofts for the first time today.
Ocon moves up to 14th. Muted session on the timesheets for the team that's getting all the attention off the track.
Full order: 1 Vettel; 2 Bottas; 3 Raikkonen; 4 Hamilton; 5 Ricciardo; 6 Verstappen; 7 Grosjean; 8 Sainz; 9 Hulkenberg; 10 Leclerc; 11 Alonso; 12 Sainz; 13 Gasly; 14 Hartley; 15 Sirotkin; 16 Ericsson; 17 Ocon; 18 Perez; 19 Stroll; 20 Vandoorne
Gaps up front: 1 Vettel; 2 Bottas +0.059s; 3 Raikkonen +0.203s; 4 Hamilton +0.579s; 5 Ricciardo +0.929s; 6 Verstappen +1.408s (soft tyres)
Hamilton finds a bit of time. He stays fourth but is now within 0.579s of the pace.
Ricciardo improves his time in ffith but is still 0.929s off the pace, and Red Bull team-mate Verstappen is in the garage with work happening on his car.
Mercedes tells Hamilton the times Vettel's doing. "I just don't have that grip," he replies.
Force India lets Ocon know how much drivers are taking liberties with track limits at Turn 5, in case he fancies it too.
Bottas's touch with the barrier was square on but pretty firm. He's made his own way back to the pits but it would be a surprise if there wasn't any damage at all.
"Did you touch anything?" Mercedes asks Bottas. "Yeah, a little bit," he replies.
Now Bottas replicates Hamilton's spin and rotates his Mercedes at the chicane too.
Hamilton has another go and is fourth fastest behind Vettel, Bottas and Raikkonen. But surely that spin didn't do Hamilton's tyres any favours.
Sainz, who is now eighth behind Grosjean, is debating what to do next and told that "a few cars have improved on a used set" of tyres.
Vettel swiftly puts Ferrari back on top with a 1m16.170s, 0.059s ahead of Bottas.
Hamilton was at the start of a flying lap and lost it at the chicane at the top of the hill.
Bottas hooks a lap up and goes fastest, his 1m16.229s putting him 0.114s ahead of Vettel.
"The left front lost grip in the last two corners," explains Raikkonen.
