Raikkonen beats Hamilton and goes fastest by 0.462s!
Sainz does the best final sector of anyone so far and pinches fifth from Gasly.
"Very extreme out here, there's no grip out here," reports Hamilton.
Raikkonen improves to second but is still 0.714s off Hamilton, who is improving some more.
Hamilton does a 1m36.648s and is now a second clear of the rest.
Blue sky is appearing over the Turn 14 grandstand and beyond the final corner.
First laps order: 1 Hamilton; 2 Bottas; 3 Raikkonen; 4 Verstappen; 5 Sainz; 6 Vettel; 7 Hartley; 8 Magnussen; 9 Grosjean; 10 Gasly
Bottas beats Verstappen by 1.2s to go fastest, then Hamilton nips ahead of his team-mate by 0.087s.
Verstappen puts the first time in with a 1m38.923s, which is 0.897s better than Hartley behind him.
Big sideways moment for Verstappen at the exit of Turn 4, but he holds on magnificently.
Verstappen passed Hartley with a fairly forceful move at Turn 6 to avoid the spray from the Toro Rosso on the outlap - welcome to Q3, Brendon.
Renault tells Hulkenberg that a "fuel bowser" problem stopped it putting fuel in his car in A2.
McLaren told Alonso "We've seen someone do a 28.7 in the final sector, so there is a possibility". The inevitable comeback: "Yes, and nine seconds lost in the second sector, I saw the TV as well!"
There was one small last-gasp improvement there on the final laps on wets - Ricciardo got ahead of Hulkenberg for 12th.
Into Q3: 1 Vettel; 2 Sainz; 3 Verstappen; 4 Hamilton; 5 Gasly; 6 Bottas; 7 Hartley; 8 Raikkonen; 9 Magnussen; 10 Grosjean
Out in Q2: 11 Alonso; 12 Ricciardo; 13 Hulkenberg; 14 Ericsson; 15 Stroll
With no chance of improving on full wets, that's that and we have a Red Bull outside the top 10 and two Toro Rossos in it.
Magnussen, Hulkenberg, Ricciardo, Alonso and Ericsson are on the full wets.
Alonso is asked what tyres McLaren should run on at the end of the session and snaps back "run whatever tyres you want" when told he'd have time for just one lap at the end of the session if he came in and waited to see the conditions change. Bit touchy.
Ericsson goes very wide at the exit of Turn 5 - all four wheels off the track there.
Magnussen returned to the pits on the blue-walled tyres, but Ericsson is continuing to lap.
Replays show Raikkonen looping his Ferrari around after clipping the kerb at Turn 7.
