Grosjean is now being investigated for leaving the track and gaining an advantage at Turn 4 on the first lap. That happened after a brush with the post-shunt Vettel.
Grosjean says Leclerc is "forcing me off the track again". He's told "we're not going to get the answer we want so you've just got to overtake him on the track".
Vettel takes 10th from Hulkenberg into Beausset. Hulkenberg didn't make that easy for him but the Ferrari wasn't going to be denied.
Hamilton continues to ease away from Verstappen, with the gap creeping up to 2.5s at the front now. Verstappen is 5.3s clear of team-mate Ricciardo.
This isn't looking too bad for Vettel - he's still within 20.5s of the race lead and probably won't need to pit again. He's now within DRS range of Hulkenberg for 10th too.
Top 6: Hamilton, Verstappen, Ricciardo, Raikkonen, Sainz, Magnussen.
Raikkonen gets DRS, and absolutely breezes past the Renault. Sainz down to fifth.
Raikkonen has quickly made his way onto the tail of Sainz. DRS on the run to the chicane is the Ferrari's best chance.
Vettel is awarded a five-second time penalty for the first-corner collision. He's unlikely to pit again so that will be added to his race time.
Ricciardo has passed Sainz for third! Another move we've not seen on screen, but good timing from Ricciardo to get clear of the Renault before Raikkonen caught them.
Vettel is past Vandoorne and up into 11th place. There's now a 3s gap to close to catch Hulkenberg in 10th.
Alonso is nearly back up with the two Williams after his restart-lap spin.
Top 6: Hamilton, Verstappen, Sainz, Ricciardo, Raikkonen, Magnussen.
Raikkonen has passed Magnussen for fifth. You'd expect him to join the Sainz/Ricciardo battle soon.
Bottas was taking longer to get through the field, but he now takes Stroll then Hartley to reach 14th.
Hamilton's lead over Verstappen is 1.9 seconds now. And Ricciardo is getting ever closer to Sainz, who is 3.6s behind Verstappen.
"Let's go now, let's go!" McLaren urges Vandoorne, who has passed Ericsson but will soon have Vettel to contend with.
Sainz v Ricciardo and Magnussen v Raikkonen are two close battles near the front. With the faster cars behind in both of those fights, it'll give us an indication of how easy it is to overtake around here in the dry.
Vettel now goes three-wide with Ericsson and Vandoorne into the first corner! He can't make it through.
Vettel quickly takes Stroll and then Hartley too, pulling him up to 13th.
Grosjean tried to go around the outside of Leclerc for seventh into the first corner, but Leclerc hugged the inside at the first section and then made sure there was no space on the exit.
Top 6: Hamilton, Verstappen, Sainz, Ricciardo, Magnussen, Raikkonen.
Leclerc is now under heavy pressure from Grosjean, who he manages to hold off.
Sainz has fallen back from Verstappen, so now he has to fend off Ricciardo for third.
Vettel and Bottas have both quickly cleared Sirotkin so are 15th and 16th.
Magnussen and Raikkonen have dropped the Sauber of Leclerc already. Raikkonen is now tucked up behind Magnussen's Haas, which runs fifth.
A replay shows Alonso spins while Vettel is passing him around the outside. Alonso doesn't sustain any damage and continues.
Raikkonen has picked Leclerc off before the chicane on the backstraight. That's for sixth.
Leclerc fancies a go at Magnussen for fifth in the early corners. Raikkonen follows them in a Ferrari-powered train.
Good restart for Sainz, who is on Verstappen's case with Ricciardo behind.
The Mercedes goes early, and Verstappen tries to stay with him as racing begins.
Safety car in this lap. We'll start racing again on lap 6/53.
