Norris gets ahead of Perez at the first corner after a DRS boost and with Ricciardo pitting it means the McLaren driver is up to fifth place.
"For the second tyre set, I want the opposite to Lewis," Bottas says. He's looking for a race today.
Here's Ricciardo coming into pit, perhaps looking to snatch an undercut on Stroll. He gets mediums.
Leclerc isn't in last place for long after pitting as he overtakes Grosjean with the aid of DRS on the main straight (probably the only place we'll see overtakes for the rest of the afternoon). Next up is Raikkonen six seconds ahead of him.
Hamilton's not too happy with his tyres at the moment, and there does seem to be a bit of a band forming on his right-rear.
The Ricciardo delivery is knocking at Stroll's door now. Cyril Abiteboul, as we understand it, has gone into hiding as the tattooist's gun is being primed...
Ricciardo's got the gap to Stroll down to 1.3s, with Albon lurking in the background. This is the battle for the final podium place, folks.
Leclerc pits at the end of lap 21. The Ferrari mechanics take off his soft tyres and replace them with a set of fresh hards and he returns to the action in 13th place.
Bottas had closed the gap to Hamilton, but the race leader has extended his advantage to 2s once more.
After his rapid restart Perez is back to seventh place having lost places to Ricciardo and Albon - but it isn't for long as he takes sixth place from Leclerc on the exit of the first turn.
And there's Albon, steaming around the outside of his old GP3 sparring partner Leclerc, to assume fifth place.
"Leclerc is vulnerable now, let's get him," Ricciardo is told. He makes the move with DRS, making it look effortless.
And there's Stroll on Leclerc - the Canadian powers around the outside of the Ferrari and scoops P3 for his efforts.
Vettel also profits from the DRS speed boost to overtake Raikkonen on lap 16.
Stroll has a crack at Leclerc into turn 1, but the Ferrari driver just stays ahead. Ricciardo's now catching the pair.
Albon's now catching Perez, who seems to be struggling a little bit at the time being.
Ricciardo steams past Perez into Turn 1, clearing the Racing Point and taking fifth.
After his poor start Albon is keeping the gap to Ricciardo ahead of him under control but just like Monza he is at the back of a DRS train on the long main straight. Not where he wants to be.
It's like watching an old World Series Formula V8 3.5 race with just 13 cars left!
Indeed, it's a 1m22.376s there for Hamilton to build a 2s lead.
Russell fights back against Raikkonen to regain 10th place. Williams, yet to score a point in 2020, will see this as a massive opportunity in the context of its season.
Bottas did a 1m22.435 at the end of lap 11, but Hamilton's extending his advantage.
Hamilton's brakes were really smoking on the grid, but that hadn't hindered him at all at the start.
Stroll gets a run at Leclerc, but runs out of straight to get a move done.
Further back Raikkonen has got ahead of Russell to take 10th and that final points position. But there is a long way to go in this race.
The Mercs have just gunned it at the start - Leclerc's been left in the clutches of Stroll.
Perez makes an amazing start to go from P7 to P5 while Albon has dropped from P5 to P7! Ricciardo, the driver between them, stays P6.
Hamilton gets the lead back from Bottas as Albon gets a very iffy start there.
The Mercedes duo have switched to mediums - everyone else seems to be on the same tyres.
Romain Grosjean currently has the fastest lap - a 1m57.221s. Hopefully, we'll get some actual laps in that go a bit quicker than that...
Make that 13 cars who will make the restart as Renault confirms Ocon is out of the race due to overheating brakes.
Since the standing restart rule came in a couple of years ago, we'd not seen it in action - now, we get it two races in a row.
Race direction has also confirmed it will be a standing start restart like we had at Monza last weekend.
14 drivers will make the restart with Latifi, Magnussen, Giovinazzi, Sainz, Verstappen and Gasly already out.
Race direction has confirmed the Tuscan GP will restart at 15:55 local time - so in 10 minutes.
