This might be the first time we've had three standing starts from the grid in a race.
"Let's finish what we started," Ricciardo tells his Renault team. The feeling is mutual for everyone involved - including us.
"Let's finish what we started," Ricciardo says. Cyril, prepare yourself.
Here we go then - pitlane open, and the drivers will take to the grid in a moment.
If there's any more retirements, Haydn and I will have a chance at getting victory here. I might have to defer to team orders - we'll see how I feel.
Raikkonen is under investigation by the race stewards for a pit entry incident moments before the second red flag. Because this race needed more drama.
Raikkonen and Grosjean, who were a lap down when the second red flag was shown, will be pulled to the front of the queue to allow them to unlap themselves before the restart.
Stroll's car is finally wheeled away, but it seems to be lactating somewhat as it's stretchered along the escape road.
That Racing Point is very on fire right now. Ironic that a car sponsored by a water company is still smouldering...
Here's the current order under this second red flag: Hamilton, Bottas, Ricciardo, Albon, Perez, Norris, Kvyat, Leclerc, Russell, Vettel, Raikkonen and Grosjean. Just 12 cars left.
Stroll reports a puncture, which sent him off into the barrier. He's out of the car, which is profusely smoking.
Ricciardo stopped too ahead of Albon, so they retain third and fourth respectively.
Hamilton comes in, so he'll get ahead of Bottas from his stop. Albon puts on new softs too.
It's a safety car, and Bottas pits once more for mediums.
It's a battle we've not spoken about for a while but Russell in P9 is holding on to a useful gap of four seconds ahead of Vettel. They will both come under attack from Leclerc later in this race but a points finish is very much on for the Williams driver.
"Staying off kerbs is slower," Hamilton retorts, but is told it's an instruction to both drivers.
Albon does a 1m21.756s to set the fastest lap - and he's reeling in Stroll.
"Lewis, instruction from pit wall, stay off the kerbs to preserve tyre integrity", Bonnington tells Hamilton. Merc tyre struggles might be about to bite.
"A safety car would be nice about now," Bottas deadpans.
"We are worried about the front tyres, we want to get to the end," Bottas is told. That doesn't bode too well. "Front right down to zero," engineer Musconi continues, talking about his previous set.
It's probably a good thing Ferrari held their 1000th GP celebrations last night as this race is going from bad to worse. Leclerc, under pressure from Kvyat, pits from P8 to change from hards to mediums.
Raikkonen gets a glancing touch from Grosjean as he goes around the outside of the Haas driver at Turn 1 to take P12.
Albon was a second faster than Ricciardo and Stroll on that previous lap - if he can close the pair up the battle for third is back on.
Leclerc's early stop has put him seventh but it isn't for long as Norris, on fresh mediums, charges past with ease on the main straight on lap 34. It means at Ferrari's 1000th GP its drivers are P8 and P11. That'll dampen the party atmosphere.
Hamilton and Albon pit. Hamilton gets the hard tyre, which is significantly NOT different to Bottas' compound at all! Albon gets the mediums, coming out in P5.
Bottas is getting primed for hard tyres, having cried enough with his tyres. Albon moves up to second.
Stroll's now in, and that helps Ricciardo climb ahead of the Racing Point!
Norris and Kvyat pit, elevating Ricciardo up to fifth.
Sloppy stop at Alfa Romeo as Raikkonen is held up on his rear jack which costs him a handful of seconds stuck with his rear wheels spinning in the air.
Ricciardo should make this undercut work, because Stroll's being reeled in by Albon.
