Bit of Talladega Nights stuff from Verstappen and Hamilton, walking across the finishing line. Bottas, meanwhile, has got a little bit lost.
Ocon was indeed the culprit, spinning off at Turn 5 to spoil a fair few laps.

Ocon's got going - but that's it! Hamilton gets his 95th F1 pole position.
Leclerc goes up to fifth! It seems that Ocon was the cause of the yellow.

Hamilton can't improve, he doesn't quite have enough - as there's a yellow flag in sector 1!
Verstappen's finding a few extra fractions of time on this run, as Hamilton seems to be going a bit quicker in sector 2.

Everyone's out, except Perez, looking to make the most of the fresh soft tyres.
As I write that, there's now cars going out for the second lot of runs. Can anyone break into the 1m14s?
Bar Perez's return to the pits, it's all quiet on-track.
That's P5 for Perez, then, who will take a one-place penalty at the end of play today for punting Raikkonen in FP2 at Turn 1.

Perez is out on track - and it seems Ocon will do just one lap here.
Ricciardo gets into sixth, as Leclerc goes seventh for the time being.
Verstappen and Albon sweep into third and fourth, with Albon 0.4s down on Verstappen here.

That's a 1m15.144s for Hamilton, scorching to top spot, as Bottas is just a whisker slower than his team-mate.

Sainz kicks us off in Q3 with a 1m17.870s on used softs.
The drivers tentatively wind around on their fresh tyres - as Mugello's long-radius corners can take a lot out of them.
Hamilton, Stroll and Sainz get out of the pitlane first.

Q3 is away!
Nobody ventured onto the mediums in that session, so our top 10 tomorrow will start on softs. The likes of Norris and Kvyat could capitalise on tyre strategy tomorrow.

Not many improvements as the track temperature approaches 45 degrees C - but Sainz, crucially, got into 10th on his run.
Sainz dumps Norris into the dropzone, as Kvyat had an off to cement P12.
Ocon leapfrogs Leclerc for P7, as neither Ferrari improves on their positions.
Perez doesn't improve, nor does Stroll.
The top five seem to have stayed in the pits for this - everyone else out on the road.
The second lot of runs begin; Stroll, Leclerc, Ocon, Perez and Norris are all looking to retain their top 10 positions.

Grosjean gets up to P14, nearly 2s down on Hamilton's current best.

"Okay, that one was pretty decent," says Ricciardo. "Got me out of breath."
Norris sits on the precipice of elimination in 10th, just 0.2s up on 11th-placed Kvyat.
Ricciardo finds something from his Renault, logging a time good enough for P5 so far.
Vettel can't get out of the 1m17s, as Leclerc goes 0.7s faster than his team-mate.
