Alonso was on the bubble at the end of it all and escapes by just 0.010s.
Both RBs are in the bottom five but Tsunoda sets a great lap to go ninth, but Ricciardo is OUT! A poor lap for the Australian, what a difference a few hours makes.

The American, however, goes 12th for now.
Sargeant is up on his best effort in Sector 1 but it's still slower than Ricciardo's best. Can he find the improvement he needs?
Leclerc is unhappy with a Williams that was in the way at T17. Either way, a whole host of drivers are off back out to secure their positions in Q2.
Sargeant is just 0.002s away from Ricciardo and safety and has suggested Tsunoda 'ruined' his lap.
Gasly, Magnussen, Zhou and Albon are also fighting elimination with just under four minutes to go.
Ricciardo gets away with a tap on the wall out of T16 and continues. He sits on the elimination line.
Sainz improves to go fastest, but only just - by 0.086s.
Hamilton improves to split the Ferrari's in third, 0.144s off Verstappen's best effort. Russell can only go eighth.
A decent lap from Sargeant sees him go fastest in the final sector and 12th overall.
There goes Verstappen to the top of the times with a 1m28.023.
Verstappen can't match Sainz's best Sector 1 time, what is the Red Bull like through the middle of the lap? Much faster...

Sergio Perez slots into third ahead of George Russell and Oscar Piastri to round out the top five.
The times are coming in thick and fast and the fastest of all so are is Carlos Sainz, with Charles Leclerc narrowly slower.
That leaves Kevin Magnussen as the first driver to cross the line but he is instantly beaten by teammate Nico Hulkenberg and Esteban Ocon.

The top three are presented their sprint race medals by football legend and headbutt enthusiast Zinedine Zidane.
Perez on third place: "It was really hard to get through Daniel in the beginning and once I got through I was three seconds off Charles and with the short race it was pretty tricky. I was getting within two seconds but then it was quite hard to get closer."
Leclerc on battling Verstappen for the lead at the start: "I had quite a good start and then I was in the inside of Turn 1 but I didn't want to take too many risks as we have got also qualifying later on so if you have a crash in the sprint then you probably don't participate later on. We both brakes very, very late but he got to keep the position."
Verstappen on his sprint win: "My engagement wasn't good at the start so I had to squeeze him [Leclerc] a bit but luckily everything worked out at Turn 1. We had the safety car to calm things down and after that we could steadily increase the gap but it wasn't entirely perfect."

Final order after all the penalties: P1 Verstappen, P2 Leclerc, P3 Perez, P4 Ricciardo, P5 Sainz, P6 Piastri, P7 Hulkenberg, P8 Tsunoda, P9 Gasly, P10 Sargeant, P11 Zhou, P12 Russell, P13 Albon, P14 Bottas, P15 Ocon, P16 Hamilton, P17 Alonso, P18 Magnussen. DNF: Stroll and Norris.

Hamilton gets a drive through penalty for speeding in the pitlane, so that means 20s will be added to his race time. That pushes Tsunoda back up to eighth and the final points place.
Hamilton is under investigation for speeding in the pitlane during the safety car period though. While Magnussen gets another 5s penalty to take his total up to 25s for the sprint race.
