"This is ****, I'm struggling," reports Stroll. Most are hoping for a clear signal on that rain...
Perez, who has clean air in front of him, is cutting into the gap to Vettel in front of him who is struggling with tyre wear. In two laps the gap has shrunk from 5s to 3.6s.
Stopwatch
Hamilton did a 1m21.341s - so he's not MASSIVELY struggling.
Bottas is now quite close to Stroll. He's been whittling away at his advantage.
Radio Comms
"Feels like a lot of wear on that left front" says Hamilton. Not quite "Bono, my tyres are dead" territory yet but he seems to be hoping for a stop soon.
Twitter
The overtake-o-meter now says Bottas' chance to pass Stroll is now a hard-mode challenge. As we said last weekend, these feel very arbitrary.
12s between Hamilton and Verstappen, then. But there's still rain due...
Life isn't getting much easier for Leclerc who is fending off a train of Perez, Ricciardo and Sainz. Much to his relief the Ferrari driver gets the call from his pitwall to pit and comes out into P15.
This has been a real weekend of tyre wear. If you saw the F2 race earlier, Ghiotto stayed on one set and was just 0.4s from being passed by Ilott - but hung on until the end.
Leclerc doesn't make it so tricky for Ferrari team-mate Vettel as the German driver quickly gets past into eighth place. Leclerc is really struggling on the soft tyres.
Stroll's keeping enough in hand over Bottas thus far, not letting the Mercedes ace get too close.
Red Bull answers Albon's call as he powers along the start/finish straight to pass Leclerc in the braking zone for the first corner. Albon is up to seventh and charging after the Haas pair.
Stopwatch
A 1m21.363s lap from Hamilton, there. He makes it look easy, doesn't he?
Radio Comms
Albon: "Give me more power. Why aren’t you giving me more power?"
Gasly's torrid weekend is over. The AlphaTauri driver who has suffered power unit issues on Friday and Saturday has retired with a smoking engine.
Bottas now returns from his brief battle with Magnussen with P4 in hand, and he'll go after Stroll next.
A lap later Albon goes for the move again, this time around the outside of the first corner, but he can't carry his speed to gain the inside line at Turn 2. This is inviting Vettel into the fight.
And Stroll takes third, clearing Magnussen before Bottas got too close. He's now got 15s of clean-ish air to go after Verstappen.
Stroll's back in DRS range of Magnussen and he's got some fire in his belly now. Quick first sector from the Canadian.
Having been gifted an overtake by Vettel, Red Bull's Albon is already stalking Leclerc for seventh place. Albon has a look up the inside at the first corner but thinks better of it and backs out.
In the podium positions, we've got two drivers whose dads raced for Stewart in 1998.
We've got the overtake-o-meter between Bottas and Stroll, apparently the Finnish driver will face a medium-to-low difficulty pass when he catches up. So that's a 2000 Minardi yellow colour.
Racing Point's race pace isn't amazingly stellar, both drivers are in the low 1m23s, as Hamilton is in the high 1m21s.
Vettel has locked up at Turn 12 and drifted wide which has given Albon the easiest overtake of his F1 career as he moves up to P8.
Radio Comms
"Rain in 20 minutes", Bottas is told as he clears Grosjean for fifth.
Stroll can't seem to get too close to Magnussen either - the Dane's been pretty great so far.
Information
Latifi has been handed a five-second time penalty for an unsafe release from his pitstop. Pain and punishment for the Williams driver.
Stopwatch
A 1m21.522s for Hamilton, he's got 9s in hand over Verstappen. Magnussen's a further 12s back.
Bottas has got by Leclerc as he has another go at Turn 1 and this time gets his Mercedes stopped to complete the overtake. The Finn is up to sixth place.
Radio Comms
"These soft tyres are rubbish," Leclerc reports.
Stroll's hounding Magnussen, aiming to get back into third place.
Replays show Latifi and Sainz clashed at pit exit which is how the Williams driver picked up his puncture. That incident is now under investigation for an unsafe release. The F1 rookie is in last place and a lap down.
Stopwatch
Hamilton now puts the hammer down and does a 1m22.170s to flex his advantage over Verstappen.
Bottas is hounding Leclerc for sixth place and dives down the inside at Turn 1 but runs wide which allows Leclerc to ease back ahead at the Turn 2 switch back.
Stopwatch
Stroll also does a 1m23.104s lap to set the fastest lap so far.
Information
Raikkonen has duly been handed a five-second time penalty for being out of position on the grid.
Stroll absolutely steams past Grosjean to claim fourth, nicely done by the Canadian racer.
Information
DRS is now enabled. Here we go.
The Williams driver has crawled around for a lap to pit again for fresh tyres after that puncture. It wasn't caught on TV but race direction has noted a pit lane incident between Latifi and Sainz.
