All other drivers taking part in Q2 are on softs for the start of the session. First lap times coming up.
Both Mercedes come out on the medium tyres, as do both Red Bulls. That was largely as expected.

Q2 time! Here we go.
Going back to that quiz question from earlier, here are the five drivers on the current F1 grid to take a pole in Hungary: Hamilton, Verstappen, Vettel, Alonso and Raikkonen. And they all made it through to Q2.
Schumacher didn't manage to get out and set a lap time in Q1 so he will start in last place regardless of his five-place grid penalty for a gearbox change.

Despite various improvements the bottom five remains unchanged as Giovinazzi survives. Out in Q1: P16 Tsunoda, P17 Russell, P18 Latifi, P19 Mazepin, P20 Schumacher.
Stopwatch
But Russell isn't making it this time - he is out in Q1 for the first time this season with a 1m17.944s.
Giovinazzi's 1m17.845s the time to beat to escape the Q1 relegation zone.
The usual closing Q1 stampede heads to the pit exit but this time it includes both Mercedes drivers. They are on used softs so perhaps an extra bit of preparation for later on in quali.
Into the final four minutes of Q1 and here's the five drivers in the drop zone: Tsunoda, Russell, Latifi, Mazepin and Schumacher. The German driver is still yet to make it out on to the track.
Perez, on his second push lap, improves by a tiny margin but stays P9 and is still one second off Verstappen.
Oh, TV replays show Sainz having to crawl on to the inside kerb at Turn 1 on his out-lap to avoid an AlphaTauri on a fast lap. That could cause trouble.
Stopwatch
Sainz moves into fourth for Ferrari with a 1m16.649s which is a solid lap -less than one-tenth behind Bottas.
Perez, who has been off the pace of the top three again this weekend, slots into sixth behind Gasly and Norris and one second slower than Verstappen. That's not where Red Bull need him to be but it is still the early stages of Q1.
Stopwatch
But not for long as Verstappen goes top now with a 1m16.214s - that's over two-tenths faster than Hamilton. Further back Gasly moves into fourth ahead of Norris and Ricciardo.
Stopwatch
Hamilton goes top with a 1m16.424s to beat his team-mate Bottas by 0.186s.
Plenty of warm-up laps being completed, so a rapid rate of quali lap times are coming up. Standby caller.
Stopwatch
As the Mercedes, McLarens and Williams drivers all head out, Raikkonen goes top with a 1m17.963s.
Stopwatch
Tsunoda provides the first timed effort which is a 1m18.163s. After missing most of FP2 due to his crash in first practice, he's likely to be making up for lost laps from yesterday.
Tsunoda, Raikkonen, Giovinazzi and Mazepin are out on the track early - Schumacher still in the pits with his Haas F1 car being tended to.

We'll give you Q1 to think about it as the first session gets underway.
There are five drivers on the current F1 grid that have claimed at least one pole position at the Hungaroring before. Can you name them?
Sun
A fair chance of thunderstorms had been forecast for this afternoon, but the official weather data predicts only a 10% chance of rain for qualifying. So we can rule that out.
And a quick recap on practice - it has been even-stevens with Verstappen, Bottas and Hamilton all topping one of the practice sessions. Hamilton edged FP3 by just 0.088s from Verstappen which sets up quali nicely.
Penalty
While down at Haas, Schumacher's car is undergoing a gearbox change (so will pick up a five-place grid penalty) and the team is in a race against time to get the car ready for the start of qualifying.
A few updates during the lunch interval: Alfa Romeo has been given a €5000 fine for Giovinazzi's unsafe release in FP3. The Italian clipped his front wing against Stroll's Aston Martin in the pits but remarkably both avoided any significant damage.
Good afternoon, once again, it is nearly time for qualifying for the Hungarian GP which gets underway in just over 15 minutes. Who's excited?
That'll be all from us for now as we pause for the lunch break. But remember, qualifying kicks off this afternoon at 14:00 BST, and we'll be bringing you build up right here. Don't miss it!
Here's the full report from FP3, as Hamilton laid down the gauntlet ahead of what promises to be another thrilling qualifying scrap with Verstapen this afternoon: https://www.autosport.com/f1/news/f1-hungarian-gp-hamilton-tops-final-practice-ahead-of-verstappen/6639574/

Plenty of news threads to keep an eye out for during the lunch break - not least the outcome of that clumsy pitlane tangle for Giovinazzi and Stroll, who fortunately appeared to escape unharmed.

At the back end of the grid, despite his shunt Schumacher was over half a second quicker than Mazepin in that session - but may not get the chance to show it in qualifying with such extensive repairs needed.
The big outlier from the top teams is Perez, who languishes down in P7 in the second Red Bull with the Ferraris of Sainz and Leclerc plus Norris's McLaren ahead. Work to do for the Mexican in the lunchbreak we reckon.
Verstappen is just under a tenth shy of Hamilton, but still interestingly has the fastest first sector, with the Mercedes performing better around the rest of the lap. Bottas is shunted down to third in the end, having been in the top two all weekend up to now.
Checkered flag
That's the end of the session then - after that flurry of times, it's Hamilton who ends up on top for the first time all weekend.
