Hamilton goes to the top with a 1m26.4s, but Mercedes team-mate Bottas throws down the gauntlet with a 1m26.092s.
Stroll then takes over, but Leclerc then does a 1m26.550s to go top.
Hulkenberg gets himself into P3 for now, as Gasly briefly vaults to the top of the timing boards.
Hulkenberg loses a little time in the opening sector, getting squirrelly on the exit of the Loop.
Everyone else is on the road, apart from Verstappen, Ocon and Albon.
A trio of purple sectors from Kvyat, who pumps in a 1m26.819s.
Magnussen then raises the bar with a 1m27.814s, as Grosjean slots in between him and Giovinazzi on the timing board.
Raikkonen opens his account with a 1m27.941s, immediately edged by Giovinazzi by 0.017s.
They're all immediately out on the soft tyres, as expected, and Raikkonen will be first to set a lap.
Grosjean, Giovinazzi, Magnussen, Raikkonen and Kvyat hit the road to get the early laps.
Risk of rain allegedly 60% - which is the same as it was for practice. Air temp of 22 degrees C, but the track's at 41 degrees. Warm, windy and possibly wild.
Conditions are a bit warmer than they were in practice, but there's still a profusion of wind buffeting the circuit. That'll shake things up, literally...
If you missed FP3, then you'll have missed Valtteri Bottas take top spot. Although we'd probably expect a Merc shoot-out, Verstappen could be a factor in the fight for pole too...
Good afternoon everyone - we're back! Hope you've all had pleasant lunches and you're ready for qualifying - which will begin in just 15 minutes.
No changes - and that's it. Valtteri Bottas is the fastest man of FP3, 0.138s clear of Hamilton in a Merc 1-2.
Last orders for times, then, as Vettel gets in Hulkenberg's way profusely.
Raikkonen has a big ol' moan about team-mate Giovinazzi getting a little bit in the way.
A better lap from Albon, a 1m27.178s as he gets his eye in. P12 for now.
Hulkenberg briefly goes eighth, before Stroll then pops into P4.
"Same again, I have no rear grip left" reports Verstappen.
We're coming up to the five-minutes-left mark, and Hamilton did a 1m26.011s with a session-best middle sector to go 0.138s off Bottas.
Vettel, once again, is left digging around behind the pedals to find out what's going on down there.
Albon did log a time, but a wide moment at Copse meant that it was deleted.
Hamilton and Verstappen have been able to wind their times down, and both are now 0.3s off Bottas.
"There's something loose again, under the brake pedal", Vettel reports - for the second time this weekend.
There's still a lot more time on the table, it seems. Get those tyres prepped properly and we could be in the 1m24s before long...
"Have a couple of deep breaths, focus, you've got a clear track", Simon Rennie tells Alex Albon, who's made it on track.
Remember Mercedes? They're back and in strong form - although Hamilton's just backed out of that lap after a snatch in sector two...
Vettel's looked very lairy in the Maggotts/Becketts complex, producing a save that Gordon Banks would've been proud of.
