Sainz improves again to make the leading time 1m17.503s.
Vettel's cleared around 10 laps in the 1m20s range, the fuel load can't have been too high as that was quite a bit quicker than Ricciardo's 1m25s average.
The lap count with an hour of the day completed is as follows:

Verstappen, 23
Vettel, 22
Bottas, 16
Ricciardo, 15
Sainz, 14
Kubica, 12
Perez, 12
Raikkonen, 11
Kvyat, 9
Grosjean, 4
Grosjean's now improved to 1m20.120s, a good six tenths quicker than his last time.
Raikkonnen extends the gap to Grosjean in sixth by improving his time 1m18.788s, but the Haas man is setting green sectors again.
Grosjean uses the C2 tyre to hit fifth in the time sheets courtesy of his 1m21.395s lap.
