Ricciardo has switched back to the C2 tyre for this run.
Vettel improves his time on his first flying lap back on the circuit to a 1m18.195s on the C3 tyre.
Bottas is also out and is followed onto the track by Ricciardo, who had been on a 13-lap run before the red flag.
Vettel has headed straight back out, as have Kvyat and Perez.

As quick as that, though, we're back underway.
Red Bull mechanics were also spotted heading down towards the far end of the pitlane, and we've now had everyone else head back to the pits. That's almost conclusive.
It looks like it's for Verstappen, who we thought was doing a practice start, but isn't moving forward.

Ricciardo's early laps of this stint have been close to his best time, while Vettel is lapping over a second off his personal benchmark.
