Meanwhile, Lance Stroll heads out for the first time today, taking over the Williams from Kubica. We also notice Ferrari clearing those screens from outside its pit garage.
Verstappen is out on mediums, so don't expect any big leap up the timesheets by the Dutchman just yet.
Hamilton logs a 1m20.550s that time round, still 11th. Vandoorne pits the McLaren, but Verstappen is back out in the Red Bull.
Hamilton sets a new personal best of 1m20.552s. He's circulating on mediums, by the way.
Hamilton improves to a 1m20.673s, which is still 0.8s slower than 10th-placed Verstappen.
Hamilton posts a 1m22.199s for his first time of the day. He's stil bottom of the pile with that.
Now we have Gasly and - for the first time today - Lewis Hamilton heading out on track.
Ultrasofts are the tyre of choice, but the Belgian is only in the 1m20s bracket at the moment. No other takers yet, lunch must be particularly good today...
Vandoorne is first to venture out of the pits, keen to make up for lost time this morning.
The pitlane has been opened to fans during lunch - lots of Dutch, judging by the throng outside Red Bull...

Here's a final morning lap count for you:

Bottas 97
Vettel 84
Hulkenberg 79
Verstappen 77
Magnussen 76
Kubica 73
Ericsson 72
Perez 71
Gasly 67
Vandoorne 48
Team Autosport will now briefly take our leave in order to forage for comestibles. Pray for us that they're not as limp, grey and incongrous as yesterday's "cheese-lover's burger"...
So the sun is now shining on our endeavours, if not on our prospects of securing a decent lunch. Can anybody out there send us a food parcel? We're not asking for a Fortnum & Mason-spec hamper, just something that's been cooked to a temperature that eliminates most germs.
We've no interest in joining the enormous queue for a botulism-infested burger right now, so here's a quick weather update: track temperature has more than doubled in the past hour to 32.8C and ambient is up to 15.1C.
Yes, Gasly's fastest time has been set back to 1m18.758s - that leaves him fourth, between Hulkenberg and Vandoorne. Stinking news for anybody writing mid-day reports, eh?
We're hearing that Gasly cut the chicane on his flying lap so his time will be deleted, but no official confirmation as yet.
Gasly also marks the imminent onset of comestibles by setting a new personal best of 1m17.805s on his hypersofts - second overall now ahead of Magnussen.
Chequered flag! It's lunch o'clock, and Perez celebrates with a 1m19.634s. Considering he was on hypersofts, not a lap to make the earth move.
We haven't heard too much from Force India today. Here's Perez in action

Gasly and Perez are on hypersofts and Gasly has just set a new Toro Rosso benchmark of 1m18.758s
Correction: Gasly also circulating and Perez just leaving the garage.
Just Vandoorne and Kubica out now. Kubica on mediums, Vandoorne on ultrasofts.
After pinning the unofficial track record to the mat, Vettel returns to the pits.
And another! 1m17.182s for Vettel. Another tenth bites the dust...
That was the best part of three tenths faster than Vettel's previous benchmark. Ferrari showing great one-lap pace here.
Vettel on another qualifying sim on hypersofts. 1m17.297s is both a new personal best and a new unofficial track record. Quick by any measure!
You can't keep Sergio Perez down for long. Out he goes on ultrasofts and sets a 1m19.885s. That's not enough to elevate him from 10th but it's merely the beginning of a stint. Let's see what Force India is up to here.
Gasly's progress continues: 1m19.358s puts him sixth overall, ahead of Bottas, Kubica, Verstappen and Perez.
