Bottas has now completed 20 laps for the day, it's a 1m24.180s this time. A slight time loss.
We stand corrected on Gasly, this bright sun isn't great help for tyre spotting. He was actually on C5s.

Ricciardo is on C2s. We're sure of that one.
In an episode of the upcoming Netflix F1 series, Red Bull boss Christian Horner said he believed Daniel Ricciardo was "running from a fight" with Max Verstappen by joining Renault. The Australian disagrees
Daniel Ricciardo denies 'running from a fight' with Max Verstappen
1m24.704s for Bottas this time, a bigger chunk of time lost on the 19th go of his stint.
Ricciardo set his first timed lap and jumps Bottas on the times for 11th, it's a 1m20.070s for the Renault man.
He heads back out on the C2s for what's beginning to look like a race simulation.
Stroll, Bottas and Ricciardo have the track to themselves.

Stroll's back into the 1m25s again.
Bottas has finished his outlap, so let's see how the next phase of his running goes.
Bottas set a personal best in the first sector and ends up with his fastest time yet: 1m22.709s. He stays 12th.
Ricciardo appears to be alternating between push laps and cool down laps so far this stint.
Another improvement for Bottas, it's a 1m22.224s this time. Over six tenths up on his last.
Not quite though, it's a 1m23.306s.

Ricciardo's last lap was a 1m21.661s.
Stroll is also on a longer run this and he's still firmly in the 1m25.301s. He's past the five lap stage of this stint.
Bottas is on the fifth lap of his second stint and sets a 1m22.674s.

Ricciardo is edging towards his 10th lap on the stint and is now at a more regular 1m22s.
Leclerc comes into the pits for a practice start and we note he's on the C2s.

As is Norris.
All signs are pointing to an afternoon of longer runs. At least in the first phase of the running.
Ricciardo is beginning to find consistency, it's a 1m21.436s.

Not quite Bottas's level though, his latest is a 1m22.599s, followed by a 1m22.556s.

That's a good window into how close each lap Bottas is setting really is.
Taking a sample set of 14 laps from Bottas's first run (excluding the first six laps and an anomalous final one) his average on the C3 was a 1m23.885s, with a 1.047s difference between his fastest and slowest lap in that range.

But his run on the harder C2 tyre has already yielded a new personal best, and looks even more consistent than the first stint.
Stroll on the other hand is into the 1m26s already, with a 1m26.186s his latest on his 10th lap of the stint.
Ricciardo comes into the pits, while Albon's gone straight through on the C3s.
Norris and Gasly start their runs in the 1m23s, 1m23.707s and 1m23.471s respectively.
Leclerc's early laps are in the 1m22s. His latest is a 1m22.519s.
Leclerc's next lap is 1m23.001s, that's half a second slower than his last lap.
Bottas has now done 11 laps on the C2 and is lapping in 1m22.593s.
It's a 1m23.174s from Leclerc, so that's a little bit more consistent.
