Hamilton sets a personal best last sector on his way into a flying lap.
That's go faster paint on the Toro Rosso, Albon sets a 1m20.19s, but it doesn't promote him from eighth.
Hamilton is out on track. We've spotted C3 tyres and what looks like a full tin of green aero paint on Albon's car.

Leclerc pits after notching 68 laps.
Magnussen pits his Haas after totalling 25 laps, a session low.
Albon is also back out now, to add to his 45 laps. His team-mate Kvyat managed only 35 yesterday morning.
There's just over 20 minutes to go in the session. Leclerc, Gasly and Magnussen are out on track.
Magnussen's personal best first sector doesn't translate into another improvement. But he's set another personal best next time around in the same first sector.
Gasly improved last time by, too. He managed a 1m19.814s, which leaves him fourth fastest.

Magnussen has improved again, it's a 1m18.856s and fifth quickest so far.
Magnussen however does improve, setting a 1m20.027s. It doesn't move him up the order, though.
Leclerc's first flier is a 1m18.519s, just under three tenths slower than his best. But the personal best first sector on the next lap could mean a PB.
Our new additions, Gasly and Leclerc, are both on the C3 tyre. Norris is still out on the C2, as is Magnussen.
Magnussen ran wide at the last turn and over the sausage curb on the last lap. That won't have helped at all.
Leclerc is joining the party to make it five cars out on track. Is he going to go for it and try and usurp his team-mate Vettel's time from yesterday?
Leclerc still has over a second on the field with just over 30 minutes to go. Will any drivers bolt on some C4s and blow that time away?
Norris, wow! That's a third fastest time, a 1m19.489, on the C2 tyre.
Norris us on the C2 tyre now, the one he used to set his personal best earlier on.

Giovinazzi has pitted to leave Norris, Hamilton and Albon on track.
Norris is heading out on track. He's already done a decent job of netting a lap inside the 1m19s on the C2 tyre. We'll keep an eye out for what rubber he's using next.
Stroll has pitted his Racing Point. We're being nice and calling them Racing Point today.
Albon's Toro Rosso is extremely lairy, he almost lost the rear exiting the final corner to start a flier on his C3 tyres.
Giovinazzi's lap times have tailed off in recent laps after that personal best a few minutes ago.
Albon slowing earlier was following a spin in the last sector. Pushing too hard, Alex!
Hamilton set a personal best in the first sector, but couldn't turn that into an improvement on his best lap so far.
Albon was very slow entering the final corner on that last run. But there doesn't appear to be a problem. He did a personal best middle sector, so likely binned the lap for an issue in the last sector.
Albon is also on track now, he's using the C3 tyres which he used to set the seventh best time earlier in the session.
Giovinazzi instantly improves on the C4 tyre, taking a 1m19.312s. That's second quickest.

Hamilton is on the C3 tyre, as is Stroll.
Observing the action down at Turn 10, it seems that Toro Rosso is running with a little cross in the exhaust exit. I'd thought this was some kind of pressure sensor, but Gary Anderson reckons this is to stop the rotational flow of the exhaust gases - meaning that the airflow that's thrown at the bottom side of the rear wing is a little more laminar. The wastegates have little fins inside too, presumably doing the same thing!

Thanks Giovinazzi and Stroll, they are both back out on track.
Calling all teams, lunch isn't for another 50 minutes. Get back out on track!
The pitlane is scarily quiet at the moment, and Leclerc looks to have backed off significantly on this lap. He's just gone down the start/finish straight, but not at full pelt.
Leclerc's lone run on track means he's taken back the highly-coveted prize for most laps in the session so far. It's a real thing all the drivers want to win. Honest.
Leclerc is the only driver on track, and a few push laps to start the stint on the C3s probably mean he doesn't have much chance of improving his time later in the run, either.
Magnussen backed out of that last lap after a disappointing middle sector followed a personal best in the first. Just 14 laps completed for Haas so far.
Magnussen looks to be improving again in the Haas. He's on the C2 tyre.
