Only Magnussen and Leclerc remain on track at the moment.
Stroll has pitted after a short run on the C3s.
Leclerc's next effort is a 1m18.940s. He's dropped away further there.
Magnussen has improved, he takes fifth on the C2 tyre. Haas has only conducted 13 laps so far this morning with the Dane, compared to Red Bull's 53.
It's a 1m18.371s for Leclerc, so close! He's struggling to pull all the sectors together into a perfect lap.
Leclerc backs off on the next one for a cooldown lap, but we'll be watching the lap after this one very closely.
Leclerc got it together in the middle sector, setting a new overall best through there for the day. But he gave away a tenth in the first sector and three tenths at the end, so he's two tenths down on his best from earlier.
Magnussen makes a rare appearance on track, starting his 11th lap of the day.
Morning pacesetter Leclerc returns to the track on the yellow C3 tyres again. Another quick time coming up?

Despite a disappointing middle sector and an average last sector, Norris improves his best to a 1m19.994s. That's better than Sainz's best from yesterday morning in the same car.
Norris is out on the C2 tyres, and nearly improved his lap straight away.
Handy tip for tyres, the higher the number, the softer the tyre.

I've been out watching all the way from Turn 1 to Turn 9 this morning.
The Ferrari looks very good and stable in the change of direction and the rear end in particular seems planted.
The Mercedes still seems better on the kerbs, at T7 for example and their traction is still excellent. Lewis also seems the most comfortable to have just a tiny lift through the ultra fast T9 despite carrying a decent fuel load.
The Honda’s gearshifts and engine note seem audibly much smoother than last year and I’m sure Gasly’s on a decent fuel load as he’s just pounding round and round with the Red Bull looking very consistent and balanced. That traditional strong front end in the medium/slow speed corners continues to be a characteristic and you can see how deep Gasly can go on the brakes into T1 and T4.
Of the midfield cars, the Alfa continues to impress as a consistently balanced car and looks particularly good in the medium speed corners.

Gasly now takes the extremely prestigious, non-existent trophy for most number of laps completed so far.
Albon has been very consistent on this set of C3 tyres, constantly around the high 1m21s, low 1m22s.
His fellow Formula 2 graduate Lando Norris has just headed out on track.

On track now, we have Hamilton, Albon and Gasly, all on C3 tyres.
Giovinazzi pits, which means if Gasly stays out for another tour, he will have logged the most laps this morning.
Stroll and Leclerc have both pitted from runs where they have improved their times.
Interestingly, Stroll's team-mate Sergio Perez set the fastest non-Ferrari lap of yesterday's morning session, a 1m19.944s. He was using the C3 tyres that Stroll is on now.
Stroll puts in a tidy lap on the C3 tyre, a 1m20.433s in the Racing Point. He remains seventh in the order.
Only Magnussen, Ricciardo and Norris sit in the pits now. Come on lads, get out here and give us a full track.

There's an hour and 20 minutes of running left in the morning/afternoonish session. Vettel managed 72 laps yesterday, and the highest so far today is 46, by his team-mate Leclerc.
Racing Point driver Stroll had a poor final sector on his lap, as he'd set personal bests in the first two sectors. No improvement from the seventh best time, there.
Albon has gone quicker again, the C3 tyre working well with car and driver. He sets a 1m20.232s, but stays sixth in the order.
Stroll looks set to improve this lap too.
Stroll looks set to improve this lap too.
Gasly and Stroll both improve this time around, but remain seventh and eighth after being jumped by Albon.
Albon has taken a harder C3, to the C4 he has been using today. He immediately improves his best lap to go sixth fastest.
Instant improvements from our new drivers to the track. Giovinazzi sets a 1m20.099s on the C4, but that's not enough to reclaim fourth in the order from Norris.
There's likely more to come from Giovinazzi though. And there's a sea of personal best times on the leaderboard.

Hamilton joins the circuit.
Giovinazzi has bolted on the C4 tyre, the softest used so far in the test, and the same tyre that Leclerc has set the pace on today. Can he challenge and set a low 1m18s?
Giovinazzi, Stroll and Gasly have all joined the track.
Leclerc's gone fractionally slower on his second lap, due to a poor middle sector which wasn't even a personal best. The first sector was a session best, though.
Speaking of which, it's a session best first sector on the next lap, too...

And bang, he's close straight away! It's a 1m18.247s on his first proper lap.
Game on, Vettel!
Game on, Vettel!
Leclerc has added the C3 tyre to his Ferrari. His rotation this morning has included an intermediate, the C1, and the C2.
Presuming he's going to unleash all his fury in the coming laps, he's aiming at a 1m18.161s set by his team-mate Vettel at the top of the board yesterday.

It’s not yet clear what caused the Renault rear wing to break but it’s possibly related to the DRS actuator given it has broken close to the middle. With the DRS opening 20mm wider this year, teams must be careful. If the flap itself goes past its aerodynamic centre then you will be getting lift on the flap. This means the actuator has to put in more work to pull it down to shut it and the wing therefore needs to be stronger in that area because of the force needed to do that.
Wait, hold on, Leclerc has done us a solid and he's back out.
It's been a strong morning for the debutante, setting the fastest time. It may be slower than Vettel's benchmark yesterday, but that was on the C3 tyre and Leclerc's best today was on the C2 compound. He's also racked up 36 laps.

So, we ask for more cars and Norris pits? Thanks a lot.
There's no cars on track. Quick, everyone, to the Autosport YouTube page...

It's a personal best third sector for Norris, but he's fractionally off beating his best time.
Can we have some more cars on track now please. No offence Lando, some variety would be lovely.
