34 min: Vettel tops Webber's time and goes quickest with 1m30.416s on soft tyres.
34 min: Vettel is into a timed lap on the soft tyres. He is fastest of all through the second sector.
34 min: Raikkonen up to 13th on a 1m33.111s, so he's found another three tenths of a second.
32 min: Gutierrez is up to 10th in the other Sauber, almost three tenths shy of his team-mate.
32 min: Hamilton is fourth in the standings with Vergne back in the pits in fifth. Vettel is sixth and he heads out on soft tyres.
31 min: So we have the Australians one and two for the second week in a row. Rosberg is third in the classification. He exits the pits on softs.
31 min: Ricciardo improves again after cooling for a lap and he goes second to Webber with a time of 1m31.855s.
30 min: Webber is also finding joy after a cooling lap. He comes round in 1m30.683s and sails further ahead.
30 min: Now Hulkenberg manages a clean lap and improves to seventh: 1m32.495s.
29 min: It turns out Hulkenberg's quick lap was spoiled by a big rear lock-up at Turn 13.
29 min: Vergne finds improvement after backing off for a lap to cool the compound. He goes fourth with 1m32.055s.
28 min: Ricciardo and Webber have backed off for a lap to cool the tyres down, before blasting across the line and starting another hot lap.
28 min: Webber extends his advantage at the head of the list with a fast time of 1m30.874s on soft tyres.
27 min: Ricciardo is the next to complete a lap on the option tyre. He improves by an enormous 1.8s and goes fourth with 1m32.124s.
26 min: Vergne leaps up the order to sixth spot on soft tyres with 1m32.590s - an improvement of almost 1.2 seconds.
26 min: Hulkenberg does personal bests in the first two sectors but doesn't improve after a slow end to the lap.
25 min: Ricciardo is also out there on soft tyres. He crosses the start-finish line and begins a hot lap.
24 min: Webber heads back out for another run and this is soft tyres for the Australian.
24 min: Hulkenberg winds up with a set of soft Pirellis on his Sauber.
23 min: Chilton improves to a 1m34.709s to top the backmarker teams in 19th.
23 min: Sutil and Vergne head back out for another run. The latter is using soft tyres.
21 min: Hamilton returns to the pits and ends his first run after 10 laps. Only Alonso has completed more.
20 min: Alonso goes fifth on his tenth lap of the session: 1m32.526s. That's two tenths quicker than team-mate Massa.
19 min: Alonso is still out for Ferrari, but he barely completed a lap this morning, so has some catching up to do.
19 min: Hamilton comes round to complete another lap and improves his time to 1m32.031s. He is third.
18 min: The early flurry of activity appears to be over with the Red Bull and Mercedes drivers occupying the top four positions comfortably.
17 min: Perez goes sixth for McLaren: 1m32.881s. Button is 10th on a 1m33.2s.
17 min: Rosberg moves into second place with a lap of 1m32.024s.
17 min: Rosberg is fastest of all through sector one and posts a personal best in sector two. This lap looks good...
16 min: Vettel comes round the final corner and does not improve. He remains in second spot, with Hamilton third, Rosberg fourth and Massa fifth.
16 min: Massa is the quickest of the Ferraris in fifth: 1m32.732s. Alonso is 15th on a 1m33.8s.
15 min: Gutierrez is having major tyre warming issues so far. Needs to push harder according to the team.
15 min: Webber is back into the pits after six laps in the Red Bull. He is currently fastest.
15 min: Van der Garde is running a different floor on the Caterham in this session.
14 min: Vettel retakes that second position away from the Briton with an improved lap of 1m32.154s.
14 min: Hamilton drops to third but he is set to improve this time round. He does with a lap of 1m32.388s and moves back into second spot.
