Lap 16: It's nose-to-tail among the lead trio, but the DRS isn't helping provide any changes of position at the moment.
Lap 16: Di Resta makes the move into the pits for the first time. Trulli also pits the Lotus for tyres.
Lap 15: Di Resta is now running fifth but his pace is beginning to drop back into the 1m33s bracket.
Lap 15: Fresh soft tyres go on Button's car and he resumes in seventh, behind Schumacher.
Lap 15: Button pits for his first change of tyres.
Lap 15: Sutil is out again after a very quick stop, as Kobayashi continues moving up. He has passed both Virgins for 20th.
Lap 15: Button is fifth - yet to stop - and looks to be planning a three-stop strategy.
Lap 15: Barrichello rejoined after his stop in last place. Kobayashi has passed Karthikeyan for 22nd on the last lap, as Sutil pits from 18th.
Lap 15: Vettel is told on the radio to make full use of the KERS.
Lap 14: Hamilton is enjoying his fresh rubber and sets the fastest lap.
Lap 14: Webber has fallen over two seconds off that trio after a difficult run through the traffic after his stop.
Lap 14: Di Resta is temporarily in the top six but he similarly is due in in the next few laps.
Lap 14: Alonso, Vettel and Hamilton are right back together in the lead battle.
Lap 14: The Lotus pair are up to eight and ninth in the classification. They are due to stop soon.
Lap 13: Buemi is running in the 1m30s bracket in 15th after his stop and is quickly homing in on Heidfeld.
Lap 13: Hamilton sets the fastest middle sector as he gets back up to speed, having leap-frogged Webber in that stop sequence.
Lap 13: Alguersuari pits from 10th place and Maldonado has quickly passed Sutil for 16th, as Barrichello pits for the first time.
Lap 12: Petrov and Massa are both in for first stops.
Lap 12: Brand new soft rubber goes on Hamilton's car and he is back underway.
Lap 12: Alguersuari runs behind Button in 10th with di Resta 11th, Trulli 12th, Kovalainen 13th and Heidfeld 14th.
Lap 12: Hamilton pits from a temporary lead.
Lap 12: Webber remains behind Vettel and now is chasing Massa, who Button has just passed in the first corner.
Lap 12: Maldonado has passed team-mate Barrichello for 17th and is now up the gearbox of Sutil's Force India.
Lap 11: Alonso resumes ahead of Vettel, who clears Rosberg down the main stright.
Lap 11: Alonso reacts to Vettel's stop, as does Hamilton.
Lap 11: The new rubber continues to pay off for Vettel and he clears Massa down into Turn 10.
Lap 11: Vettel is looking racey on soft rubber and sends a bold move on Button at Turn 5.
Lap 10: Buemi pits the Toro Rosso from 10th place, allowing team-mate Alguersuari into the points momentarily.
Lap 10: Vettel re-joins in heavy traffic right behind the scrap between Button and Massa.
Lap 10: Soft rubber goes on Vettel and he will now be looking for a rapid lap to jump Alonso.
Lap 10: Maldonado has also been into the pits. He rejoins just in front of Perez, so track position gained for the Williams driver.
Lap 10: Vettel locks up into Turn 10 and now pits the Red Bull.
Lap 9: Perez rejoined and was immediately faced with a robust Liuzzi. The Italian held his line to maintain track position, but it shouldn't last too long.
Lap 9: Petrov is almost 14 seconds off the front runners already as Alonso leads with a quick early pace.
Lap 9: The stop for the Sauber allows Trulli through to 14th, Kovalainen to 15th and Heidfeld to 16th.
Lap 8: Perez pits from 11th place with less than 10 laps on the board.
Lap 8: Alonso sets the fastest lap so far but his lead is just 0.7 seconds ahead of the chasing pack: Vettel, Webber and Hamilton.
Lap 8: Kobayashi remains in last place but is closing down on the HRT and Virgin cars very quickly. He is 15 seconds adrift but closing at three seconds per lap.
Lap 7: Massa now has Button on his tail but has his DRS active too as he is chasing Rosberg down the main straight.
Lap 7: Trulli in 15th is just 1.7s behind di Resta, with Kovalainen in close touch, but Heidfeld is losing ground to both of them.
