Lap 27: Schumacher pits from sixth place and Petrov comes in from eighth. They are separated by some eight seconds.
Lap 27: Webber has the DRS wide open but can't do anything about Alonso's Ferrari for the moment.
Lap 27: Kobayashi had continued to climb through the field by passing Kovalainen, but the Japanese now pits from 18th place.
Lap 26: Buemi pits and that allows Massa back into ninth place, di Resta to 10th and Perez to 11th.
Lap 26: Hamilton has easily pulled clear of Alonso and is now 4.2 seconds off the lead and closing on Vettel with fresher tyres.
Lap 26: Heidfeld has passed Kovalainen on the pit straight for 18th place, while Trulli up ahead is having a storming race in 14th.
Lap 25: Alguersuari pits the Toro Rosso this time round. He was in 12th position.
Lap 25: Massa continues to move back up the field and he passes di Resta on the main straight heading into Turn 1 for 10th.
Lap 25: Button is still fifth, 6.6 seconds behind the top four but gambling on the long strategy again.
Lap 25: Paul di Resta has passed Alguersuari and Massa follows him through after rejoining from his pitstop. They now run in 10th, 11th and 12th.
Lap 24: Vettel's lead is around five seconds from Hamilton, Alonso and Webber.
Lap 24: Schumacher is now 13 seconds behind Button in sixth but has Rosberg right on his tail. Petrov is eighth ahead of Buemi in ninth.
Lap 24: Vettel is through but Hamilton has made it past Alonso and is now in second for McLaren.

Lap 23: McLaren are in the pitlane for Hamilton, who will have the benefit of shorter stints to make the flag.
Lap 23: Alonso - who only has used soft rubber - is not very quick at this stage against his competitors who had more fresh tyres.
Lap 23: Massa pits the Ferrari for a second stop. He rejoins well outside the top 10 as Heidfeld also comes in for his first stop.
Lap 22: Hamilton has a 20s lead over Alonso and McLaren may be targeting taking track position from the Spaniard at the leader's stop.
Lap 22: Vettel sets the fastest lap and closes the gap to 15.4s. Hamilton is likely to be in the pits soon.
Lap 21: Maldonado indeed pits this time round and drops down the field.
Lap 21: The gap between Hamilton and Vettel is 16.6 seconds as McLaren plan when to pit the current leader.

Lap 19: A rapid lap or two from the German now could hand him the lead, but he will have a long way to go on hard rubber later on.
Lap 19: Vettel fits his fresh soft rubber and resumes in clear air.
Lap 19: Vettel makes another early stop to try and undercut the lead Ferrari.
Lap 19: Webber is quickly closing on the lead trio as status quo continues up front.
Lap 18: The McLaren team tell Button that Webber is his target.
Lap 18: Liuzzi and Glock pit together in a race for 21st position.
Lap 18: That puts Button back in fifth as he sets the fastest lap. He is 26s off the lead squabble, planning one stop less.
Lap 18: Kovalainen pits this time round Heidfeld has been able to gain track position over both Lotus cars, temporarily.
Lap 17: Kobayashi now has 15 seconds of clear space ahead of him, with his team-mate Perez next man up the road in 17th.
Lap 17: Kobayashi has passed Liuzzi for what is now 18th place after Sutil's recent stop for tyres.
Lap 17: Button has quickly caught Schumacher and breezes past with his fresh tyres.
