Lap 37: Button has now cleared the traffic but is clocked 11.9 seconds clear just three laps after the restart.
Lap 36: Perez is beginning to drop off the Sutil-Hamilton fight for seventh just slightly, and this puts Massa ever closer to the Sauber driver.
Lap 36: Hamilton is hampered by a lapped HRT as he continues to look for a way past Sutil.
Lap 36: The safety car has really mixed up the cars, with lapped machines right in the lead-lap squabble.
Lap 36: Perez is ninth just behind this epic four-car scrap with Massa 10th, Maldonado 11th and Barrichello 12th.
Lap 35: Hamilton is now up to eighth on supersoft rubber and is all over the gearbox of Sutil's Force India.
Lap 35: The top 13 drivers are away and clear with the rest of the field one lap down. Kobayashi is 14th but timed at 92 seconds behind Buemi.
Lap 35: Vettel sets the fastest lap off the restart with a 1m51.139s to pull 8.9 seconds clear of the traffic-troubled Button.
Lap 34: Webber sends an incredible move into the Turn 10 chicane, sensationally grabbing third from the Spaniard.
Lap 34: Button carves through the lapped traffic, while Alonso now has Webber right on his gearbox.
Lap 34: Vettel carries a huge lead into the first corner as he sprints away from his rivals.
Lap 34: The safety car comes into the pitlane and we are racing once again.
Lap 33: The pack is finally forming, with the lead-lap cars now almost together with a lot of lapped traffic in between.
Lap 33: Barrichello is 12th with Buemi 13th Kobayashi 14th, Alguersuari 15th, Kovalainen 16th and Petrov 17th as the field gets ready to resume.
Lap 33: Off-line, there are a lot of marbles building up with still a long way to go in this race.
Lap 33: The safety car will pit at the end of this lap.
Lap 32: Michael Schumacher has arrived back in the paddock and had a brief chat with FIA president Jean Todt, before making his way to the Mercedes hospitality unit.
Lap 32: This intervention means the 61-lap distance is very likely to challenge the two-hour time limit.
Lap 32: Behind the Force India drivers, Perez is eighth with Hamilton ninth, Maldonado 10th and Massa in 11th spot.
Lap 31: The top four are finally packed up behind the safety car, but there is still a sizable gap back to di Resta in fifth.
Lap 31: Buemi pits from 11th place in the Toro Rosso. He will fall towards the back of the queue.
Lap 31: Some distance behind, di Resta is fifth ahead of Rosberg and Sutil on a very strong day for Force India so far.
Lap 31: Between Turns 7 and 8 the accident damage has now been cleared.

Lap 31: Vettel leads behind the safety car from Button, Alonso and Webber with a number of lapped cars between the leading drivers.
Lap 31: Prior to the crash, Rosberg had run wide in the final corner, allowing Perez to try and make the pass. The squabbling pair held eachother up, meaning Schumacher caught them very easily.
Lap 31: This will re-shuffle everyone's strategy plans, with half of the race still to run.
Lap 31: Schumacher had a slight run in the short chute between Turns 7 and 8 on Perez and he tried to move to the inside. Perez defended the corner and Schumacher clattered into the back of the Sauber.
Lap 30: Vettel pits from the lead and is followed in by Button.
Lap 30: Schumacher has climbed out of the car and appears to be okay. He looks completely disgusted with the situation and is watching the cars as they come round.
Lap 30: Di Resta, Sutli, Rosberg, Perez and Hamilton all pile into the pits.
Lap 30: Webber resumes right behind Alonso in the queue but now has fresher tyres than the Spaniard.
Lap 30: Schumacher was launched into the air after contact with the Sauber and he crashed heavily onto the asphalt.
Lap 30: Webber is the first man to react with a stop.
Lap 30: Michael Schumacher gets in on the action with Perez but the pair make heavy contact and Schumacher crashes with a lot of damage to the Mercedes.
Lap 30: The safety car has been deployed.
Lap 29: But Rosberg runs wide in the final corner and is briefly passed by Perez.
Lap 29: Rosberg clearly plans at least three stops after visiting the pits very early in each window, while Force India is playing the long game.
Lap 29: Liuzzi pits from 21st position for his second stop.
Lap 29: Rosberg has the supersoft rubber on his Mercedes and is now all over the gearbox of Sutil's Force India.
