Lap 22: Maldonado is currently 11th, but he has been handed a drive-through penalty and will fall back through the pack.
Lap 22: Maldonado is under investigation for hitting a bollard on the entry to the pitlane during his stop.
Lap 22: Vettel leads by 1.1 seconds from Hamilton, Webber, Button and Rosberg.
Lap 21: Alguersuari is trying his best to hang onto the top seven on this restart lap, with di Resta close behind him in ninth.
Lap 21: Side-by-side into Turn 4 and Button is held off in a bold outside move on Webber.
Lap 21: Vettel is away after flying off through the first complex of corners, with Webber forced to defend heavily from Button behind.
Lap 21: The safety car comes into the pitlane and we are racing once again.
Lap 20: The rain threat appears to have passed and weak sunshine is trying to break through the clouds as the field gets ready to go again.

Lap 19: Alguersuari has gained and is up to eighth, with di Resta ninth, Sutil 10th, Maldonado 11th, Buemi 12th and Perez 13th.
Lap 19: A group of marshals finally remove all the debris, as other cars successfully weave round them.
Lap 19: Rosberg also jumped the Ferrari pair with his early stop, leaving Massa sixth and Alonso seventh.
Lap 18: Vettel leads as the pack forms up, with Hamilton ready to pounce from second at the restart. Webber is third, with Button up to fourth.
Lap 18: The debris from the incident is still lying on the circuit, with no marshals yet deployed to get out there and remove Petrov's detached front wing.
Lap 18: The Virgin and HRT drivers have also been in for stops.
Lap 18: But there is further damage to the Renault and the Russian will be out of this race.
Lap 17: Schumacher climbs out as Petrov comes into the pits for repairs.
Lap 17: The leaders are not in a pitstop window, but Sutil, Maldonado and Perez head in for a change of tyres.
Lap 17: Schumacher has rear wing damage and is forced to park at the side of the track.
Lap 17: Replays show an over-optimistic move from Petrov and he slammed straight into the back of the Mercedes.
Lap 17: Race control reports debris on the circuit at Turn 3 after that crash.

Lap 17: Replays show a dramatic pit exit from Alonso, cutting very early over the exit line before just escaping a clash with Schumacher.
Lap 17: Button passes Sutil and takes over sixth, with Rosberg eighth, Massa ninth and Maldonado yet to stop in 10th.
Lap 16: Hamilton pits his McLaren and takes another set of supersoft rubber. Alonso is also in, taking harder rubber.
Lap 16: Massa has resumed behind that scrap after his stop, meaning Button's undercut has been successful on the Brazilian.
Lap 15: Petrov had a good gap over Schumacher so should keep track position, while Buemi is hoping to get the undercut against Sutil.
Lap 15: Button takes the DRS route on his Mercedes rival and breezes back past Rosberg into Turn 3.
Lap 15: Webber heads out on the harder rubber, resuming clear of the Rosberg vs Button scrap.
Lap 15: Petrov, Schumacher and Buemi all come into the pits this time round.
Lap 15: That scrap with Rosberg won't help Button's attempt to beat the Ferrari pair, who will likely react with a stop on the next lap.
Lap 14: Senna and Kovalainen pit. Senna takes on soft tyres and rejoins the fight.
Lap 14: Rosberg squanders the advantage with a mistake at the first corner but blasts past Button on the way back down the straight.
