Atkinson loses stage win
The Rally Argentina standings have been amended after organisers decided that Chris Atkinson's fastest time through SS17 had been awarded in error
The decision hands the Amboy stage win to Atkinson's Subaru teammate Petter Solberg. Atkinson has had 20 seconds added to his SS17 time, but this has not made any difference to the overall positions as the Australian already had a large enough lead over seventh placed Dani Sordo, who he had been battling with for most of leg two.
Although Atkinson was much happier with his car's handling after making a series of changes during the day, he suspected that the SS17 time was an anomaly.
Sebastien Loeb continues to lead the rally, and with start the final leg 43 seconds ahead of Solberg.
