7h47m The #1 hit the side of the slower Ferrari and speared sharp right into the Armco, triggering a massive crash.
7h46m The pack is forming up behind the multiple safety cars once again.
7h46m Replays show that Rockenfeller was slicing past one of the Ferraris at full speed and contact was made between them.
7h44m Mike Rockenfeller was in the #1 Audi at the time and was flying, turning consistent laps in the 3m30s bracket.

7h31m Weatherwise, a clear night is expected with temperatures cooling to around six or seven degrees. Rain was forecast for the last few hours of the race. We will take another look to see if that still holds true in the next few minutes.

6h58m Daylight fading quickly now in the pits, with the bright lights in the overhead gantries now providing the majority of the illumination.

6h56m The #70 Larbre Competition Porsche has passed the #50 Chevrolet and taken the lead in GTE Am. The #70 has been running consistently quicker than the #50 for some laps now.
6h53m Jean-Christophe Bouillion pits the #13 Rebellion, leaving the #16 Pescarolo in clear air in seventh.
6h51m Audi will be delighted to have maintained the lead with the #2 car. Marc Gene in the #7 Peugeot is just a few seconds back.
6h50m The leader is in and Andre Lotterer remains in the car. He's down and away and rejoins still in the lead of the race.
