5h20m The Peugeot #7 continues its race-long climb through the field from a lowly 51st place in the opening stages. Pedro Lamy is consistently lapping in the 3m25s bracket. They are now up to 18th overall - taking one lap back from the #1 Audi in the process.

The latest information from the French rainfall radar is that heavy showers are moving into the north west tip of France, but these pose no immediate threat for the race.
