The current world champions of rallying and touring cars, Sebastien Loeb and Yvan Muller, will go head to head in the opening round of tomorrow's Race of Champions at Wembley Stadium.
The French pairing, who will also team up to contest the Nations Cup, were pitted against each other in this afternoon's draw, with the winner of the tie progressing to the quarter-finals of the competition, where they will take on the victor of the match-up between Italian Grand Prix winner Sebastian Vettel and World Superbike champion Troy Bayliss.
It has yet to be decided what machinery Loeb and Muller will compete in, with the event featuring a wide variety of cars including the Ford Focus WRC, the KTM X-Bow, the FIAT Abarth rally car and the event-specific RoC Buggy.
Seven-time Formula One world champion Michael Schumacher, who has yet to win the Race of Champions but finished runner up to DTM ace Mattias Ekstrom at Wembley in 2007, will take on eight-time Le Mans 24 Hours winner Tom Kristensen.
Other highlights of the first round include a clash between the British and World Touring Car championships, with Jason Plato challenging Andy Priaulx, NASCAR Sprint Cup runner-up Carl Edwards taking on British Formula 3 champion Jaime Alguersuari and Tanner Foust, an American drift and rally driver, doing battle with Jenson Button.
