MN rally forums across UK
Autosport's sister publication Motorsport News is teaming up with organisers of Endurance Rallying to run a series of club forums across Britain. Starting on Tuesday March 30, the Motorsport News Rally Forums will feature a panel of experts who will explain the basics of Endurance Rallying, a budget-friendly formula, new for this year
Endurance rallying is an ideal entry point for newcomers to the sport. Open only to machinery of 1400cc or under, it mixes a variety of road sections with special driving tests at private gravel and asphalt venues.
The Revival Rally, the largest event to fall under the new rules, takes place in November. The route crosses from Scotland through England and into Wales over three days, and will be supported by Motorsport News.
The first Motorsport News forum takes place in Stokenchurch, just off junction 5 of the M40, and will feature rallying legend Stuart Turner among the special guests, plus Revival Rally organiser Philip Young, and Motorsport News Rallies Editor Jonathan Mudd. It starts at 7.30pm.
Admission is free, and guests will have the opportunity to ask questions to the panel about any aspect of the new formula, as well as rallying in general.
