Steve Wallace on Busch pole
Steve Wallace took his second career Busch Series pole position tonight at Nashville, the No. 66 Dodge lapping the 1.333-mile Superspeedway in 29.753 seconds, with an average speed of 161.288 miles
Wallace, son of former NASCAR champion Rusty Wallace who claimed his maiden pole at Bristol in March, will start tonight's race alongside Nextel Cup driver Clint Bowyer.
The second row goes to the stand-ins: Aric Almirola, sitting in Denny Hamlin's No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing; and Timothy Peters, in Kevin Harvick's No. 21 Chevy, are third and fourth respectively.
Australian V8 Supercar star Marcos Ambrose will start fifth.
