Audio: Nadeau on Gordon
Jerry Nadeau says he is not fazed by Hendrick Motorsports team mate Jeff Gordon, despite the 30-year-old's lack of experience relative to the three-time NASCAR Winston Cup Champion
Speaking on Radio Autosport's Malaysian Grand Prix show, the driver of Hendrick's No 25 car said of Gordon: "He's just another guy."

Connecticut-born Nadeau said that despite his relative inexperience in NASCAR (he made his debut in a limited programme in 1997, compared to Gordon's first full season in 1993), he and Gordon test one another's cars on an equal footing to develop Hendrick's Chevrolets into race-winning contenders.
"I've only ever raced five Busch races in my whole life," said Nadeau, who scored his first Winston Cup victory at the season closing race in Atlanta last year. "And I did two ARCA races in my life before I even got to Winston Cup. But Jeff spent three years in Busch and he did an amount of testing before he went to Hendrick. And when he got to a team that's well funded, he was promising.
"But don't get me wrong," continued Nadeau, "he's an awesome driver. I get along great with him and we try each other's cars when we go testing. He's a guy who has been racing since he was five years old and he's got the world in his hands. He's a great guy."
Nadeau is 11th in the Winston Cup standings, thanks in part to a third place finish at Atlanta, the scene of his only Winston Cup race win so far, two weeks ago, and he says he's looking for more of the same in the upcoming races.
"I've been really good on the one-and-a-half mile race tracks like Charlotte Motorspeedway and Texas. And they're all coming up soon. Hopefully we can get into the top 10 and even the top five. I'm pretty confident that this team can be a threat."
