The Italian MotoGP sprint race is set to take place later today after a day full of practice and qualifying at the fast and twisty Mugello circuit.

Marc Marquez is leading the riders' standings with 233 points, while younger brother Alex Marquez isn't too far adrift with 201. Francesco Bagnaia rounds out the top three with 140.

The older Marquez looks set to extend his championship lead too, as he is on pole for the races ahead of team-mate Bagnaia while Alex Marquez lines up third.

How to watch the Italian MotoGP Sprint race

For fans based in the UK, the Italian Grand Prix is available via TNT Sports and Quest from 1:45pm. For those watching from the United States, the racing will be broadcast on FS1 and FS2.
