125cc: Iannone on provisional pole
Andrea Iannone took a comfortable provisonal pole position in the opening 125cc qualifying session for this weekend's Malaysian Grand Prix
Iannone ended the session just over half a second clear of Gabor Talmacsi, who was on top of the times with three minutes remaining before Iannone jumped back to the top of the list.
Third fastest was Danny Webb, with Pol Espargaro exactly a second slower than Iannone's time in fourth place, just eight thousandths of a second ahead of Sergio Gadea.
Joan Olive, Tomoyoshi Koyama, Simone Corsi, newly-crowned world champion Mike di Meglio and Stefan Bradl complete the top ten after today's session.
