Di Grassi, Mortara and Dumas join Macau GT race
Lucas di Grassi, Edoardo Mortara and Romain Dumas will all compete in the GT Cup race at November's Macau Grand Prix
Ex-Virgin Formula 1 driver di Grassi won the coveted F3 event at the street circuit in 2005 and is returning for the first time since that success. He will race an AF Corse-run Ferrari 458 Italia in the event for GT3 machinery.
Di Grassi's race activities have been limited to an outing for Audi in the World Endurance Championship at Interlagos, at which he finished second. He has also been acting as the test driver for both Pirelli's F1 programme and the FIA's new Formula E series.
Mortara won the GT Cup event last year in an Audi R8 LMS. He will again drive one of the machines for Audi Customer Sport Team China. If he wins, it will be his fourth Macau victory in as many years, adding to his pair of F3 wins.
"The stronger the competition, the better it is for me," said Mortara, the only man to win a DTM race for Audi this year.
Dumas, who won the 2010 Le Mans 24 Hour, joins Absolute Racing in a Porsche 911 GT3-R, while Britain's Danny Watts will be at the wheel of a United Autosports McLaren MP4-12C.
