British Rally Championship 2018 season review DVD

All of the action from another enthralling season of the British Rally Championship is captured in this near-three-hour DVD produced by Duke Video

British Rally Championship 2018 season review DVD

The series was supposed to start at the Border Counties Rally... but the fickle British weather reared its head and ultimately the top-notch 2018 campaign kicked into life at the Pirelli Rally, with further events in Belgium, Northern Ireland and Wales separating the great from the good.

A new champion was crowned in the form of Matt Edwards, who piloted his Ford Fiesta R5 to four of the five victories in an impressive campaign, sealing the title during the two-legged finale that ran alongside the World Championship-level Wales Rally GB.

This DVD provides extensive highlights from the key stages of each rally, featuring incisive graphics that pick out the challenges the drivers face, and both pre- and post-stage interviews with the key protagonists, reflecting on the lows and reacting to the highs.

As-live commentary guides viewers through the primary developments while stage-side and a multitude of onboard cameras captures the action from up-close, emphasising the challenge faced behind the wheel.

And when the official cameras can't be in every spot it's up to the fans to capture the moments - with more than one dramatic moment caught by an eager stage-side spectator.

The DVD also charts the developments in the Junior British Rally Championship, as the latest generation of potential rally stars take their first steps onto the tricky stages.

For any fan of national rallying this DVD ideally captures all of the action from another season of top-level motorsport.

British Rally Championship review DVD, product code 4979, is available to buy from Duke Video for £14.99.

The iconic Lola name is being relaunched after it was taken over by new ownership.
