WEC - Silverstone: Buemi runs wide on the exit of Club and takes second from di Grassi crossing the line.

BTCC - Donington: One lap to go and Plato has responded to Tordoff's threat with his best lap. Austin still has fastest lap.

WEC - Silverstone: Wurz leads from di Grassi, who has a look into the Arena section. Jani has dropped from third to sixth.

BTCC - Donington: Giovanardi has now moved to the front of a big multi-car battle for seventh.

Tordoff is now really close to leader Plato.

BTCC - Donington: Austin now sets the fastest lap on his slicks, but it is probably too late to make an impact on the race.

BTCC - Donington: Jordan passes Turkington into Redgate and Collard passes his BMW team-mate on the exit, so the order is:

Plato, Tordoff, Jordan, Collard, Turkington, Shedden.

WEC - Silverstone: The starting drivers in the factory cars are: #7 Wurz, #1 di Grassi, #14 Jani, #2 Lotterer, #8 Buemi & #20 Bernhard.

BTCC - Donington: And Jordan passes Shedden on the exit of Redgate. Collard, on his own charge, also passes the Honda shortly afterwards.

10:45 WEC - Silverstone: Bit parky here and there's the finest of mists of rain in the air. Rain is forecast.

BTCC - Donington: The BMW is working better now and Turkington slides by Shedden for third. Jordan is also now with them as the MGs continue to lead.

BTCC - Donington: Rob Austin's Audi is the first to come in to switch to slicks, but he has gone more than a lap down.

BTCC - Donington: Despite 45kg of ballast, Jordan is going well and is now up to fifth in his Eurotech Honda Civic. Can he catch the top four?

WEC - Silverstone: Here's the full rundown of events in qualifying yesterday and the complete starting order, as Toyota very narrowly beat Audi to pole:

BTCC - Donington: Turkington's BMW is clearly struggling and has already slipped to fourth, leaving the order as Plato-Tordoff-Shedden at the front.

BTCC - Donington: The rain has stopped and the track is drying, but it looks as though the drivers are generally opting to start on wet tyres.

WEC - Silverstone: Maybe it's Porsche's return, the arrival of Mark Webber or just the prospect of a fascinating battle in LMP1 between the manufacturer big guns that's brought the fans piling into the home of British motor racing this morning. Paddock was mobbed pretty early on.
