Boccolacci repeated Leclerc's Turn 1 effort, but that's not what for the safety car is for. It's for Jeffri, who is off entering the stadium section, looks like he was helped.

It was only fleeting, though, Albon snuck back past, then Giovinazzi capitalised to pass Sims for third.

This means Dennis is set for third in the standings. Dennis is back up to 10th after pitting.

Leclerc has now spun, exiting Turn 1. A neat 360-degrees and he continues, several places down.

Leclerc was seventh at the restart, on wets, but is falling back.

Carlin driver Dillmann extracted himself from the gravel quickly and is back up and running. A third of the way into the half-hour session, Celis Jr holds provisional pole on 1m47.056s. Nyck de Vries is second, ahead of Rowland and Tio Ellinas.

Stroll, who won a race yesterday, is also pitting with a puncture.

Russell was turned around coming into the stadium section, Schlegelmilch copped a separate hit and is pitting to replace a puncture.

Tom Dillmann, one of the stars of Saturday's opening FR3.5 race, has just understeered through the gravel at Turn 2.

Restart, Rosenqvist leads the field away again.

Several drivers, including Leclerc in seventh and Ferrucci are still on wets. They have been taking to any wet area, even the grass, to try to keep them cool.

Slight adjustment to the DTM schedule, there, race remains the same.

We're six laps into the 22-lapper. Rosenqvist leads Albon, Sims and Giovinazzi.

By our rough TV maths, about a third of the field started the race on wets.

MotoGP
It looked from the TV footage like Nicky Hayden might've been the only crasher in the MotoGP race - actually he stopped with electrical problems. No crashers at all!

A raft of drivers started the race on wet tyres, with the race starting on a damp circuit. Slicks have proven the way to go, Dennis has pitted to get rid of his wet tyres.
The last Formula Renault 3.5 qualifying session at Jerez is finally set to start after an almost 50-minute delay.

Some questionable driving as some of the youngsters go through the yellow flag zone, where Fittipaldi's Dallara is parked on the exit kerbs... Some drivers might be sharing some money with stewards later on.

Safety car. Fittipaldi is around and out of the race following an incident at the Mercedes Stadium.
The A Group qualifying session has been red-flagged with 10s left on the clocks and will not be restarted. The FR2.0 Eurocup session was scheduled to end at 10.10 local time rather than 11.10.

Albon has the bit between his teeth, he's 0.5s behind Rosenqvist, the pair are three seconds clear of third-placed Sims. The youngster is looking to end his rookie season with his maiden victory.

Championship leader Jack Aitken, who earlier acquaplaned off the road at Turn 8 and is out of the session, has been bumped down to 12th in group.
Ben Barnicoat is on provisional pole from early season championship leader Louis Deletraz as the Formula Renault 2.0 Eurocup qualifying enters its final two minutes of action.

Tveter pits with his front-left wheel pointing inwards at a very undesirable angle. A couple of little incidents broke out on the first lap.

Sims has also found his way past the front row starters on the first lap. Rosenqvist leads by eight tenths.

They both bottle it off the line, as Rosenqvist sweeps into the lead from third on the grid. Albon is second.

In fact, F3 is out on track now for the final race of the weekend. Dennis and Giovinazzi share the front row of the grid.
DTM
It is foggy at Hockenheim. The DTM warm-up happened, but conditions were deemed unsuitable for the Audi TT Cup race. That was delayed until later in the day, but there is no further news on delays.
ELMS
Filipe Albuquerque has taken pole position for the European Le Mans Series finale at Estoril, also giving the Jota Sport Gibson team a valuable bonus point. The Portuguese driver went top with around 90 seconds of the session remaining, with Konstantin Calko then spinning his LMP3 Ginetta into the gravel at the final corner and preventing anyone improving in the closing moments of the session. Jon Lancaster was second in the Greaves Motorsport Gibson, with that team now two points behind Jota in the title fight. Olivier Pla was third in the Krohn Racing Ligier ahead of the TDS ORECA or Nicolas Lapierre. In LMP3, it was a Team LNT one-two with Michael Simpson on pole ahead of Charlie Robertson.
