Pons driver Kanamaru has suddenly slowed while running seventh, promoting Nicholas Latifi into the position.
FR3.5
After a quick spin, Stoneman has just posted the fastest lap of the race, but there are just five minutes left and the 2014 GP3 runner-up is down in 14th.
Rowland leads handsomely from Orudzhev and Vaxiviere.
Rowland leads handsomely from Orudzhev and Vaxiviere.
FR3.5
Stoneman, and the DAMS team's, call doesn't appear to be working out at the moment. The Briton is five seconds a lap slower than the wet-shod leader Rowland.

Dillmann has retired as compatriot Panis comes in for slicks.

Rowland leads Orudzhev by five seconds. Third-placed Vaxiviere is 12.6s in arrears of the leader, while there is a close scrap for fourth between de Vries, Jaafar and Ellinas on lap 12.
The circuit is continuing to dry out, with 15 minutes remaining will anyone stop for slicks before the chequered flag?

I am not sure if there was contact between Rowland and Dillmann, but the unfortunate Frenchman has picked up a left-rear puncture.
FR3.5
The top three were separated by just 1.5s on lap eight. Third man Orudzhev has now dropped back from the lead pair, and Rowland has grabbed the lead from Dillmann with a bold move into Turn 5.
RX
Johan Kristoffersson set the fastest time in the first RX heat at Franciacorta in Italy. Championship leader Petter Solberg was beaten away from the line by Frenchman Jerome Grosset-Janin in the final race of the heat but made a pass for the lead at the end of lap one and set the second overall time. Timer Timerzyanov was third, with European Championship leader Tommy Rustad fourth overall.
WRC podium finisher Manfred Stohl had a huge end-over-end roll at the end of free practice but was able to race in heat one, while Gigi Galli was ruled out of starting the first heat with the new Kia Rio by technical troubles.

FR3.5
Rowland closed to within 0.4s of leader Dillmann on lap 5, only to come under attack from Orudzhev into Turn 1.
The fight between a defensive Jaafar and Vaxiviere over fourth has been furious, but the Lotus F1 junior has finally made a pass stick.

Dillmann makes a clean start to lead a top six completed by Rowland, Orudzhev, Jaafar, Vaxiviere and Ellinas on the opening lap.
FR3.5
Egor Orudzhev has been reinstated to this third place grid position after briefly losing his best lap for a yellow flag infringement in qualifying.
FR3.5
Despite the patches of blue sky, rain persists in the paddock.
Talking of paddocks, it's pleasing to see the return of the Comtec transporter at a World Series by Renault meeting. The Norfolk team is not racing this weekend, but is set to test with Jehan Daruvala at Jerez next week.
Back to this afternoon's proceedings, there has just been notification that the FR3.5 start will be behind the safety car.

DTM
And Green's podium is his first since the Lausitzring round in May.
DTM
Scheider is the 13th different winner in the DTM this year. That more than half of the 24-car field, from the 17th races.
DTM
Ekstrom got up to ninth on the last lap. It will be little consolation, but he's now second in the standings, one point ahead of Mortara.
FR3.5
The pitlane is now open for the opening Formula Renault 3.5 race of the weekend.
Looking out from the media centre in the direction of the Jerez infield, the skies appear to be brightening. But over the pit straight, though, some threatening-looking clouds remain.
Wet tyres are fitted to poleman Tom Dillmann's Carlin machine. Can the Frenchman convert his first pole of the year to a maiden FR3.5 victory?

DTM
Plenty of happy faces to accompany Mercedes shirts. Wehrlein does some doughnuts and gets out of his car to celebrate.
It is worth underlining that the Eurocup hopefuls are fighting for a spectacular 500 000 Euro prize, along with the kudos of winning one of Europe's toughest single-seater championships. The top six in the standings are:

1 Jorg, 181
3 Deletraz, 175
4 Anthoine Hubert, 164

DTM
Scheider still leads the way with 10 minutes to go. His lead is the best part of five seconds over Green.
Jake Hughes also deserves plaudits for battling up from 10th to fifth in filthy conditions. The result means that Jorg and Aitken are now tied for the Eurocup championship lead on 181, while former leader Deletraz drops to third on 175.
DTM
Mortara has now retired.
Jerez FR2.0 Eurocup Race 1 result:

Jack Aitken has completed a dominant win in the Eurocup opener from Kevin Jorg. But there was heartbreak for Racing Steps-backed Ben Barnicoat whose car slowed to almost walking speed in the closing stages when set for third.
Championship outsider Dennis Olsen also hit trouble when sixth on the last lap.
