Indy Lights - Long Beach: Baron lost two places on the second-last lap. The incident wasn't caught on the screens, so we're not sure what befell the Frenchman.
Moto2 - Austin: It took Marc Marquez four starts to win in Moto2, unless there's a disaster in the next lap and a half, Maverick Vinales is going to do it in only his second start.
Indy Lights - Long Beach: Brabham has abandoned his chase, and looks to be settling for third. He's far enough ahead of Baron that he could probably drive the rest of the race in fourth gear without having to worry about defending his position.
Actually, we;ve just seen a replay - Brabham lost touch with the leaders after ... a heavy brush with the wall. We saw that coming.
Veach has a 0.9s gap to make up and only two laps in which to do it. His hopes now appear to rest on Chaves making a mistake.

Veach has a 0.9s gap to make up and only two laps in which to do it. His hopes now appear to rest on Chaves making a mistake.
Moto2 - Austin: Erstwhile leader Aegerter still has a good chance of a third Moto2 career podium as he remains third, with a bit of a cushion back to a battle between the recovering Simeon and Kallio.
Stopwatch
Moto2 - Austin: And another record from Vinales as he brings his lead up to 2.1s.
Stopwatch
Moto2 - Austin: Blunt message from Vinales as he sets a new lap record up front. Rabat is going to have to work hard.
Moto2 - Austin: Rabat battles past Aegerter into second, but Vinales is two seconds clear with five laps left.
Indy Lights - Long Beach: Those shrinking gaps that we were starting to get excited about a few minutes ago are starting to balloon again. The main interest at this point lies in guessing how much longer Brabham can get away with whacking his left-rear tyre against the wall.
Moto2 - Austin: Vinales is through and into the lead.
Can the Moto3 champion win only his second Moto2 race?
Can the Moto3 champion win only his second Moto2 race?
Moto2 - Austin: Big mistake for leader Simeon - he outbrakes himself at Turn 1 and sails off onto the run-off area.
That puts him down to fifth as Aegerter takes the lead ahead of Vinales.
Team-mates Kallio and Rabat are getting very, very, very close as they fight for third.

Moto2 - Austin: We've just passed half-distance with five bikes covered by 1.7s up front and then Corsi another second behind. Gresini rider Simeon continues to cling on to first place.
Moto2 - Austin: It's a five-bike pack for the lead with Rabat now in the hunt too and battling with Marc VDS team-mate Kallio for fourth.
Indy Lights - Long Beach: The top three are covered by 1.0s, and there's finally a proper race for the lead. The pace of Chaves, Veach and Brabham compared to the rest of the field is scary: fourth-placed Baron is 17s down the road.
Moto2 - Austin: The lead battle is back on after a few laps where all the action was for second. Aegerter has caught Simeon again.
Indy Lights - Long Beach: We're upgrading the status of the race from 'boring' to 'promising': Veach is only 0.5s behind Chaves now, and Brabham is trailing the pair by 0.6s.
Moto2 - Austin: Great racing for second. Aegerter is catching some big slides as he hangs on to the place, and Vinales is trying plenty of moves on him.
Crash
Moto2 - Austin: Herrin got going again after the first-lap crash, but he's had another tumble and is now definitely out.
Moto2 - Austin: Great progress from Britain's Gino Rea so far. He started 34th and last after a problematic practice and qualifying, but is up to 16th.
Indy Lights - Long Beach: There have been a couple of inconsequential position changes towards the back of the field, but up at the front Veach is continuing to reel Chaves in - the gap between the pair has been cut from 2.0 to 0.8s, with half of the race still to run.
Moto2 - Austin: Polesitter Rabat has a one-second gap to close to catch the Simeon, Aegerter, Vinales, Kallio group, and is getting a hard time from sixth-placed Simone Corsi.
Moto2 - Austin: Now Vinales and Aegerter are swapping second, with Kallio on their tail. That's letting Simeon break away a bit.
Moto2 - Austin: Simeon overtakes Aegerter and leads, with rookie Vinales starring again in third and Mika Kallio up to fourth ahead of team-mate Rabat, who had a rough first few laps.
Crash
Moto2 - Austin: Brit Sam Lowes and Caterham's American star Josh Herrin were two of the riders taken out in that first-corner pile-up.
Crash
Moto2 - Austin: Collision for third place - Zarco loses his bike and crashes into Simon, taking both out.
IndyCar - Long Beach: Read has finally joined the race, 11 laps down on the rest of the field. Up at the front, Veach has taken a few tenths out of Chaves. Is the Colombian trying to preserve his tyres?
Moto2 - Austin: Aegerter battles his way into the lead.
WTCC - Marrakech: Be sure to check out our dedicated WTCC page which contains news, features and video highlights of this weekend's races.
Lights out
Moto2 - Austin: The start was pretty orderly but then Turn 1 was a spectacular affair, with Julian Simon thrusting his way into the lead ahead of Dominique Aegerter and polesitter Rabat.
And there was a multi-bike tangle in the midfield, all riders seem to be up OK.

IndyCar - Long Beach: We should take the opportunity to update you on the status of rookie Brit Jack Harvey - he's currently running fifth, 3.3s behind Baron, but with Luiz Razia hovering 0.7 behind him.
Quote
WTCC - Marrakech: Sebastien Loeb: "This is more than I expected, to win race two from ninth on the grid. We tried to avoid the crash at the start, I was a bit lucky. I pushed hard to overtake and a victory is very good.
"It's great for sure. We have a very good car, it's incredible. It's an amazing moment. It couldn't be better this weekend."

IndyCar - Long Beach: In Austin they're declaring the Moto2 race to be dry; in Long Beach, we're declaring the Lights race to be boring.
Chaves is now 2.3s ahead of Veach, who in turn has shaken off Brabham's threat - at least, for now. Fourth-placed Alex Baron is a further 7s down the road. As things stand, the best battle is for 10th between Vittorio Ghirelli and Zack Meyer.

WTCC - Marrakech: Loeb looks delighted with that, and rightly so. Tres bien, Seb!
Now Valente's car has caught fire in parc ferme!

WTCC - Marrakech: Timing screen says Chilton took fourth by 0.026s! He pulled a fairly dubious move on Bennani earlier in that lap, so the stewards might be interested.
Phew! What a race.

Breaking news
Moto2 - Austin: OK, it's officially, definitely now dry. Race start will be in five minutes and we'll still get the full distance of 19 laps.
WTCC - Marrakech: Chilton might have just grabbed fourth on the sprint to the finish there, we'll wait for official confirmation on that.
Checkered flag
WTCC - Marrakech: There's your story of the weekend: rally legend Loeb wins on his WTCC debut weekend for newcomer Citroen. He avoids the race two chaos to cruise home well clear of team-mate Lopez.
Valente finishes third, with Bennani taking fourth after a last-lap duel with Chilton.

WTCC - Marrakech: There's no intra-Citroen dice, this is going to make a nice press release with Loeb winning and Lopez leading the championship.
IndyCar - Long Beach: Lloyd Read failed to make the start due to a problem with his oil plug.
Meanwhile, Chaves is running away at the front - his lead is almost 2.0s already. Veach in second has his hands full dealing with Brabham, who is right behind him.
