Ahead of the race, Zarco is looking for his fourth win of the 2015 season - the 25 year-old Frenchman has finished on the podium at every event except the first race of the year in Qatar, where he finished eighth.
At the head of the championship standings, Zarco has 199 points and leads Rins by 71 points. Rabat is currently third in the championship, just three points adrift of Rins.
Zarco was untouchable in qualifying yesterday - he set a new Moto2 lap record around Brno of 2m02.327s after just five laps and nobody could get near that time.
We're just over ten minutes away from the start of today's Moto2 race at Brno. Championship leader Johann Zarco starts on pole position with Tito Rabat and Alex Rins alongside him on the front row.
So Antonelli receives the trophy and wreath for his first ever Moto3 win and the Italian national anthem rings out at Brno. Next up, it's Moto2, which gets underway at 12.30pm local time.

Bastianini started down in fifteenth place on the grid and beats title rival Kent who finished down in seventh to reduce Kent's lead to 45 points at the top of the standings.

In the mid-lap action, Kent has forced his way up to fifth and Bastianini has dropped to seventh - it's all switched around in the title fight.
Fenati is up to second as Binder retakes the lead at Turn 4.
Three laps of this Moto3 race left and Oliviera seizes the lead from Binder.
Kent is currently running in eighth place, four positions behind his title rival Bastianini who is gunning for a podium finish.
Four laps left to run and Binder still holds the lead.
Binder grabs the lead again at Turn 4 - it's impossible to tell who's going to win this race.
Five laps to go - Oliviera leads from Antonelli and Bastianini.
Oliviera leaps up from fourth to second at Turn 1.
Vazquez has pushed Antonelli down to third.
But Binder takes the lead from Antonelli at Turn 4.
The lead remains unchanged - a rare thing in this race - it's still Antonelli who leads. Kent is down in sixth place.
The leading eight are circulating within one second of each other - this is super tight racing.
Eight laps to go and Antonelli leads from Binder, Vazquez and Kent.
Polesitter Antonelli is now at the head of the pack in this ever changing race - he grabbed the lead at Turn 4.
Vazquez gets a great run down the pitstraight and seizes the lead from Oliviera at Turn 1.
Bastianini is up to sixth - just one place behind Kent.
Oliviera grabs the lead into Turn 4 on lap three - Kent has been shuffled back to fifth.
Kent leads from his teammate Vazquez - with his championship rival Bastianini up to seventh from fifteenth on the grid.
The pack go five wide into Turn 4 but make it through without incident.
Kent leads across the line at the end of lap 1.
Kent gets a great run through Turns nine and ten and grabs the lead - he goes from third to first.
