Rossi is now 4.4s behind the two leaders and he can't shake the Ducati pair, Dovizioso is just 0.5s behind the championship leader.
Replays show Eugene Laverty slid off at Turn 2 and he has retired from the race.
Pedrosa moves past Pol Espargaro to take seventh place.
Rossi is not catching Lorenzo and Marquez, he's now 3.6s behind the battle for the lead.
Marquez has a slight look at Lorenzo at the entrance to Turn 13 but Lorenzo shuts the door.

Rossi is 2.8s behind Marquez as the pack starts lap four.
Lorenzo leads Marquez by just 0.3s on lap three.
Rossi dives down the inside of Dovizioso at Turn 13 and slams the door shut at Turn 14 - the championship leader holds the position down the pit straight and he sets about chasing the leaders.
Lorenzo and Marquez are now 1.8s clear of the battle for third place.
Rossi leaps up the inside of Dovizioso at Turn 4, but the Ducati rider goes back in front on the exit of Turn five.
At the start of lap two, Lorenzo and Marquez are a second clear of Divizioso - Rossi is losing contact with his title rivals.
Dovizioso and Rossi have got passed Smith as Lorenzo and Marquez race clear at the front.
Bradley Smith got a great start and is up to third - Rossi is down to fifth.

Lorenzo is the last non-Honda rider to win at Brno, a record that currently stretches back to 2010.
As the sun blazes down on the circuit, it's currently 27 degrees air temperature in Brno, but 40 degrees on the track.
The riders are off on their formation lap.
We're just five minutes away from the start of the Czech MotoGP and the grid is starting to clear.
Brno was also the setting for Rossi's first ever motorcycle victory on the Grand Prix scene - he won the 125cc class 19 years ago back in 1996.
Rossi is looking for a 13th consecutive podium finish - a record that stretches back to 2014 Japanese MotoGP at Motegi - and he hasn't finished lower than third place so far this season.
But after 10 races so far this season, it's Valentino Rossi who leads the MotoGP points standings with 195 ahead of the race at Brno. But his Yamaha teammate Jorge Lorenzo is just nine points behind in second place on 186.
Marquez is looking for his third win in succession after his wins at the Sachsenring and Indianapolis. The Spaniard currently sits third in the championship standings on 139 points.
Although he was visibly limping off the bike, Pedrosa was able to take part in qualifying and the Spaniard will line up in ninth place on the grid.
Lorenzo also topped FP1 and FP3, while Marquez topped a crashed filled FP2. Marquez's Dani Pedrosa, who won the Brno race in 2014, fell heavily in that session and injured his ankle.

Zarco now leads Rabat by 79 points in the Moto2 standings, with Rins a further five points back in third. The Frenchman is on the top step of the podium for the fourth time this season. Next up in 35 minutes: the Czech MotoGP.

Zarco does a back flip from a tyre barrier over his bike in celebration - just like in the race, he was in total control of the landing.

That's Rabat's fourth win of the season and this will be his tenth visit to the Moto2 podium in succession.

Rins is within 0.5s of Rabat - but it looks like its to late for him to steal second.
Folger has closed to within 0.3s of Lowes in the scrap for fifth place.
