Stopwatch
Dovizioso has pulled the pin. A 1m48.385s from him, which takes him over half a second clear of Marquez.
Information
Current order:1 Dovizioso; 2 Marquez; 3 Rins; 4 Iannone; 5 Pedrosa; 6 A Espargaro; 7 Petrucci; 8 Miller; 9 Rossi; 10 Smith; 11 Nakagami; 12 Morbidelli; 13 Vinales; 14 Zarco; 15 Syahrin; 16 Abraham; 17 Luthi; 18 Redding; 19 Simeon; 20 Torres.
Further in the pack, Morbidelli pulls off an aggressive pass on Zarco for P12, which opens the door for Vinales to take P13.
We're approaching the halfway point of the race, and the four leaders look to have checked out now. It is remarkable that the Suzukis are still hanging on.
Torres' MotoGP debut is going reasonably well - he is last, but just two seconds behind Avintia teammate Simeon.
Dovizioso briefly looked like breaking away, pulling out a gap of four tenths over Marquez - but the championship leader is now with him once more.
Lorenzo was clearly awake and alert after his crash, but has now been taken to the medical centre for checks.
Stopwatch
15 laps to go, the Suzukis show no sign of fading. Rins fires in the fastest lap of the race - a 1m49.014s.
Twitter
The lead pack - now made up of seven bikes, including Danilo Petrucci - has stretched out a little, now fitting in within around 2.5 seconds.
Dovizioso has a reputation for managing races, but you have to wonder whether he's simply trying to make the tyre last - or whether he's actively trying to get Marquez battling other riders in the hopes the championship leader will make a mistake.
Twitter
Rins has been told to switch to "Mapping 2", presumably to conserve the soft rear tyre. As it stands, he is still sticking with Marquez.
Information
Current order: 1 Dovizioso; 2 Marquez; 3 Rins; 4 Iannone; 5 Pedrosa; 6 A Espargaro; 7 Petrucci; 8 Miller; 9 Rossi; 10 Zarco; 11 Nakagami; 12 Syahrin; 13 Smith; 14 Morbidelli; 15 Vinales; 16 Abraham; 17 Luthi; 18 Redding; 19 Simeon; 20 Torres.
The top six are separated by 1.1 seconds. Espargaro, in sixth, is the fastest man on track.
Crash
Crutchlow has crashed out.
Marquez, it should be noted, switched to a soft rear at the last minute on the grid.
Rins is now having look after look at Marquez for second. Tyre drop-off will be a factor as always, but Suzuki could be forgiven for getting tentatively excited here.
Twitter
Rins back through. They really should cut this out if they want to stay with the lead battle.
Dovizioso looks to be managing the pace out front, running in the 1m49s margin, which is allowing the Suzuki par to stay with Marquez. Iannone has now re-passed Rins.
Rins dives down the inside of Iannone for third. They remain close to the leading pair.
Crash
Bautista has crashed out of the top 10. Pedrosa has now passed Espargaro for fifth.
Aleix Espargaro has had a ridiculous start and is now up to fifth place! Conversely, Maverick Vinales has done the usual Maverick Vinales thing and now runs 19th.
Lorenzo is a lucky boy - highsiding is probably never all too much fun, but it's particularly not fun when entering Turn 1 ahead of the whole field. Thankfully nobody came close to clipping him.
First lap is in the books, Marquez is keeping pace with Dovizioso, and Iannone with Rins remain close in tow.
Twitter
It's Dovizioso leading Marquez and two Suzuki bikes into the reverse corkscrew.
What a crazy development, the pole-sitter crashed out exiting out of the first corner. Dovizioso now leads.
Crash
Marquez goes to first place on the inside as Lorenzo highsides at Turn 1!
Lights green
Lights out, the race is go!
Lorenzo is back to the grid and is ready to lead the field away into battle. Pedrosa overshot his grid slot.
Twitter
The warm-up lap is now underway.
Information
Hard front, hard rear for Dovizioso, Marquez, Crutchlow, Pedrosa, Petrucci and Miller in the top 10. Lorenzo will run soft-hard, Iannone medium-hard, Rins hard-soft, Bautista medium-soft.
The race distance here is 23 laps. Last year's event, running to the same length, was won by Marquez 42 minutes.
Information
A rundown of support class action:
In Moto3, championship leader Jorge Martin reigned supreme, pulling away from his rivals immediately from pole and dominating the race.
His nearest rival Marco Bezzecchi limited the damage in the championship by finishing second from 18th on the grid.
In the intermediate class, KTM's Brad Binder claimed his second win, while Pecco Bagnaia extended his points advantage over Miguel Oliveira by finishing runner-up.

Jordi Torres, who replaced Christophe Ponsson as Avintia's stand-in for Tito Rabat for Aragon, will be making his MotoGP debut in just under eight minutes.
The MV Agusta World Superbike regular has proved himself a capable pair of hands for the Spanish outfit, and has been edging ever closer to Avintia regular Xavier Simeon all weekend.
He was just half a second off in Sunday warm-up.
