Lap 27: Massa is also in for his tyres to the flag.
Lap 27: Hard tyres go on Hamilton's car and the plan will be to go to the end from what is an early second visit.
Lap 27: Raikkonen is wheeled into the garage and he climbs out of the car. The day is over for the Finn.
Lap 27: Hamilton is now in the pits for his second stop.
Lap 27: Di Resta pits the Force India from 11th spot. He takes on another set of hard tyres and rejoins in 14th position.
Lap 26: That's brake trouble for Raikkonen it seems and he's going to be out of the race.
Lap 26: Raikkonen tries his move at the Bus Stop but he can't stop the Lotus. He recovers, into the pits.
Lap 26: Hulkenberg keeps track position and rejoins in 17th, with Vergne just behind him in 18th spot.
Lap 25: Still static up front as Vettel dominates by 8.8 seconds over Alonso, with Hamilton falling a further 5.2 seconds behind in third.
Lap 25: Hulkenberg and Vergne pit together this time round.
Lap 25: Massa's Ferrari is strong on the straights, keeping Raikkonen at bay for the moment.
Lap 24: Raikkonen's brakes seem happier now and he chases Massa through the classic sequence at Eau Rouge. Not happening on DRS this time, though.
Lap 24: Grosjean has taken on hard tyres and rejoined further down the field in 13th place, 1.3 seconds behind Vergne.
Lap 23: Massa is promoted to seventh now and has Raikkonen all over his gearbox.
Lap 23: As for the prospect of rain, the nearest showers on our radar are measured at 10 miles from the circuit. Just over half-distance.
Lap 23: Grosejan is in this time for his hard tyres, which the team will hop can go to the flag.
Lap 23: Button is the man on the move at the moment with his fresh tyres. he picks off Grosjean, who is clearly looking for a one-stop window.
Lap 23: Hamilton is falling away from both Vettel and Alonso at the moment, perhaps having already used the best from his tyres.
Lap 23: Bottas is in 17th spot with Gutierrez on his gearbox in 18th, van der Garde 19th, Bianchi 20th and Chilton 21st.
Lap 22: Sutil is 10th with team-mate di Resta 11th, Hulkenberg 12th, Vergne 13th, Maldonado 14th, Ricciardo 15th and Perez 16th.
Lap 22: Raikkonen in ninth is putting on a spurt. He is catching Massa quickly and he'll be on the back of the Ferrari in a couple of laps.
Lap 21: Webber, fifth, is closing on Rosberg, fourth, at the moment, drawing nearer to a DRS opportunity on the Mercedes.
Lap 21: Gutierrez finally pits the Sauber and gets rid of those hard tyres. This strategy hasn't worked out. He drops down to 18th position.
Lap 20: Meanwhile, Button vs Massa has kicked off in the battle over seventh and the McLaren man is past the Ferrari at the Bus Stop.
Lap 20: Not much in it on pace at the moment in the top three but Vettel has plenty in the tank with a 7.7 second lead.
Lap 20: Meantime, Perez has been into the pits, taking on hard tyres and dropping down the field to a lowly 17th place.
Lap 20: Sutil gets brave with Gutierrez approaching Eau Rouge but he makes it work and takes 10th position from the Sauber driver.
Lap 19: Rosberg runs fourth on the road ahead of Webber and the clearly one-stopping Grosjean.
Lap 19: Raikkonen has now overtaken Gutierrez into Rivage in a clean move and the Finn is up to ninth spot.
Lap 19: Vettel's lead is seven seconds over Alonso, with Hamilton now 1.5 seconds behind the Ferrari in third place.
Lap 18: Button fits hard compound rubber and could make a run to the flag from here, but there's a long way to go.
Lap 18: Grosjean is yet to stop and losing pace in seventh spot, with Massa eighth, Gutierrez ninth and Raikkonen still down in 10th.
Lap 18: That puts Alonso up to second and Hamilton in third.
Lap 18: Button remains second for the moment and is clearly in need of some fresh rubber very soon... and he pits.
Lap 18: Vettel clocks the fastest lap at 1m52.804s to further build his dominance out front.
Lap 17: Van der Garde pits the Caterham, while on the circuit Massa passes Gutierrez and takes ninth spot from the Mexican.
Lap 17: So now it is Vettel from the yet-to-stop Button, Alonso, Hamilton, Grosjean, Rosberg and Webber.
Lap 17: Vettel blasts past Button around the outside into the Bus Stop. No repeat of the shunt a few years ago there and Vettel leads once more.
Lap 16: Meanwhile, Vettel is second on the road and right with the worn-tyred Button.
Lap 16: Bianchi also pits the Marussia. He opts for mediums and rejoins the fight in 21st position.
